I had a wonderful experience in this propery since I arrived the general manager Miguel, Paola the receptionist also James. Love the breakfast in the room first time having a experience like that. I only stay for one night but next time we would love to stay for longer. Thank you to everyone who make us feel welcome.

On the website I choose a Signature Suite and when I got to the hotel they had on their reservation a regular 1 bedroom suite. I requested the change but they told me the hotel was full

Our room was on the 2nd floor and we were awoken around 1am by music BLASTING from a van across the street that continued until 4am. We called the front desk but they couldn’t do anything. Our balcony was disappointing which old lumber piled up on one side. I took photos but don’t see where I can share.

I booked this for one night they took $549 no confirmation of the booking and when I wrote them asking to return my money for the one night I have still yet to hear anything back from the property via email and when I callled I was told Expedia would process the refund. Still no resolution -$549 later?

Love San Juan, but....

I was charged a non-refundable $200 service charge upon arrival above and beyond what I paid via Hotels.com (not a deposit, a service charge). I also had to leave a $200 deposit, which I was told at check out "should get refunded in 7-10 days). When I asked "should?" I was told, "Yes, 90%." Totally inappropriate and not customary. As I sit here state-side, I am still awaiting a refund of the deposit. I also had no hot water in the shower, but had hot water in the sink. This is clearly something that had to have been known. The desk staff were very nice and solicitous, but the hotel upkeep and policies were not up to my standards (and I am not picky).

Hotel is very tiny and small. Pool is inside a rooftop restaurant and can fit about 6 people. Parking space is very limited inside the hotel and very very very tiny. Hotel employees are seen sitting in the guest areas and it seems very creepy. Shop next to hotel is very rundown and looks very creepy with all the drunks hanging around
