We had a very late fly and they made sure to accommodate our late check in hotel was super clean is an old traditional building but very clean , staff was amazing from Eddie , to Alex to the last gentleman that helped us with the check out truly a very good experience I will definitely come back !!

The AC worked, that’s about it. The WiFi didn’t work the ENTIRE stay, and the front desk was no help at all. The led lights in the bathroom were majority broken, once a few on one side of the mirror worked which made the bathroom completely dim and once again, front desk staff had no help even the following day they still didn’t change the lights. The shower water was cold, it never got warm at all. It was really just horrible. The toilet stopped flushing, I had to open the back and move one of the tubes to fill it with water, everything was rusty and outdated. Also there’s no elevators and they have 3 floors.

Nearby shops basic amenities not met only two tiles provided the housekeeper came into our room to grab our towels but didn't clean the room or make the bed no ice bucket no water and the remote control is very iffy. One staff member was nice others very rude a cleaning supply buckets stayed outside of our room for an entire day our room was never cleaned no trash cans no seating in rooms photos very misconceiving
