All was great space was spacious clean big rooms loved the mirrors everywhere. The TV did NOT work and the shower level to have cool or hot water either. Water was just hot other than that enjoyed the place.

It was good for the weekend stay, but not very family friendly. Nights were so LOUD & people were fighting outside our window all night. Water was coming in ceiling in bathroom. Host was nice but I don’t know if I would rebook.

One of the beds was not even set up, the mattress was leaned up against the wall and was extremely dirty. The bed frame was disassembled and also leaning against the wall. Some of the windows would not close all the way. The unit is in desperate need of updating. We were very disappointed and were surprised it was on Expedia. We did not even stay there and the owner did not work with us. I can say Expedia had excellent customer service and helped us find a different place to stay.

This property should not be on Expedia or anywhere else, there was mold in the kitchen cieling and the whole unit smelled of mildew, it was so bad we had to spend an additional $900, tonfind additional logging after the 1st night . The neighborhood was very dark and it is located next to an abandoned building, there were stray cats everywhere. Dogs barked all evening When I advised of the conditions the owner just blew me off and advised of the cancellation policy. She almost ruined my trip to PR but God was not having that!!!

The host was great. They added little home necessities that were very important because I traveled with children. The beds were Super comfy and the place was spacious. The water was warm and the cable worked great. Although I was a little concerned for the simple lock it was a safe quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again.

It was nice lotta space, big kitchen and dining. The neighbors are nice, and it was only a mile from the beach.
