Great location and value compared to other hotels nearby. Great service and rooftops were excellent. Definitely noisy at night downtown (as anyone would expect), with only real downside as water pressure…which might also be a challenge across Old Town. Bottom line is we would stay here again

Perfect location and the staff were great. The hotel is older but very clean and great character. Our room was small but did the trick pre-cruise. We walk to the cruise ship with our luggage. Should mention that there were a number of good restaurants close by but none at he hotel.

CasaBlanca Hotel has a beautiful and unique charm. The lobby is stunning — it feels like being inside a small museum, with fascinating decor and lots of character. The rooftop jacuzzis were a highlight for me, although I couldn’t fully control the water temperature. The room itself was quite modest, and for the price, the value felt a bit high compared to the quality offered. The staff, however, was very friendly and helpful, which made a positive difference during the stay. One thing that is not clearly explained is that complimentary water, coffee, and an ice machine are available 24 hours in the lobby, which is a nice touch once you know it. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed during my stay. Having a bar on the rooftop terraces would be an amazing addition and would really elevate the overall experience. Overall, it’s a charming and memorable place, mainly for its atmosphere and decor, but with room for improvement in value and amenities.

We stayed one night on our way to Tortola and our room on the 2nd floor was damp and very dark. No windows and not much lighting. Our next room on our return from Tortola was much better. It was on the 4th floor and it was not damp. It had windows so not so dark. Room was fine for an overnight
