There were some very noisy drunk people roaming about the hallways at 3am..the hotel did nothing to quiet them. A fire alarm went at 6:30am, and, Upon checking out, i asked the morning reception employee for coffee cups for the free coffee service in reception...he disappeared without saying a word. The morning of 8/8/25.

I have really enjoyed my stay at Casablanca hotel. Clara and Christopher were very helpful to me. They went out of their way to make sure that I was content. The hotel is really cute with lovely sunrooves for relaxing in. I’ll definitely be back again. Thanks Casablanca.

Cool boutique hotel

The decor in this hotel was very thoughtful and cool. Real Moroccan tile throughout the hotel. It's situated in the middle of Old San Juan with easy walking to everything. The bed was very comfortable. There was a mini fridge in the room. The rooftops afforded beautiful views and comfortable seating, along with interesting options such as outdoor tubs. I never thought I'd use them, but they were so refreshing and relaxing after a long, hot day around town. It was so nice to cool off with amazing views.

Average stay at Casa Blanca

The hotel is under remodeling and repairs. The restaurant was closed and out of service. The room didn’t have any windows. The towel hangs need to be fixed and hold the towels without bending. The water was changing from hot to cold when showering. The elevator was slow. Overall, it was good for the cheap rate and points discount but I would not stay there again.

One my favorite hotels in Old San Juan. The Morocco style decor is just perfect. The Whirlpool and stone tubs in the roof area add a tremendous luxury to this property. Highly recommended.

One-Night Stay in a Great Location, but Some Disappointments I stayed here for one night, arriving a day before my family to enjoy Old San Juan a bit longer. I arrived at the hotel around 12:30 PM and had requested an early check-in, which I understand is based on availability—but unfortunately, it wasn’t granted. Be aware that the photos online are a bit misleading. They show a bar in the lobby area, which I was looking forward to while waiting, but there is no bar on-site. The actual lobby also looks quite different from the pictures. That said, the hotel did offer luggage storage while I waited, which was helpful. Despite the rain, I enjoyed walking around Old San Juan. The location of this hotel is excellent, with many restaurants, shops, and attractions just steps away. The front desk staff handled check-in, but they weren’t particularly friendly or welcoming. Coffee and water were available in the lobby, which I appreciated. Bottled water is also available at the front desk for $2. I was finally able to check in at 3:00 PM. The room itself was a comfortable size, and I had a balcony overlooking Calle La Fortaleza, which was exactly what I wanted. That said, the street is very lively and noisy with both traffic and late-night crowds—something to keep in mind if you're a light sleeper. It didn’t bother me personally. The bed was very comfortable, and there were plenty of pillows. However, the room was extremely cold. It only had a very and I was shivering. I reques

Okay for the price, but don’t expect perfection

Hotel was in a great location and we didn’t spend a lot of time in the room. We found hairs in the shower on the bed. We had to ask for the carpet headboard to be vacuumed to remove hairs. There were stains on the fitted sheet, duvet and towels. There was zero water pressure in the shower and when we asked about getting it fixed, it wasn’t.
