Chic Bright Beautiful Studio with Ocean View CONDADO and parking

Experience Condado beach neighborhood living at its finest. The area characterizes itself as a pedestrian focused community with probably the finest urban beach in the Caribbean.
The property is nestled in Ashford Avenue less than one block away from the Condado Beach. There you can enjoy world class kite and windsurfing conditions ( beginners or intermediate lessons are available all year long) or simply enjoy the sunsets while laying in the sand under a privileged climate. After enjoying your swim or day at the beach, head down around the block to: specialty shops, grocery stores, bars, restaurants, cafes, etc. This commercial strip is a great place to mingle with locals or other vacationers and truly experience Puerto Rico.
For the more adventurous ones you can rent a cruiser bike and within a 3 mile ride you will enjoy a number of: historic sites, museums & other unique mix of activities and attractions.
At the condo’s lobby you will find great places to have breakfast, café with fine pastries, beauty parlor and even places to tapas and wine!

The property is a chic studio decorated with great taste. A total renovation was carried out in 2015. Its located at Ashford Imperial Condo, a 24 hour security guard condominium in Ashford Avenue in Condado with a beautiful private pool and library to relax.

The recent architectural intervention in the studio, carried in a minimalist modern vocabulary. The unit has all the amenities of a luxury hotel - is equipped with air conditioning systems throughout the apartment. a fully equipped kitchen including brand new appliances, comfy memory foam queen mattress and a rain shower in a totally remodeled bathroom.

Open the sliding doors to integrate the ocean and enjoy our great weather under the stars or a coffee in the morning overlooking the ocean. TV enjoyment in the living and dining area is possible through a 42” flat screen by means of: cable TV service or high speed cable internet via Wi-Fi (both included). Enjoy a movie night with our Roku that included Netflix and Amazon Instant Video.


For those having a car, the unit houses a designated secure parking space with controlled access.

Access from the Airport is very straightforward and less than a 12 minute drive (under normal circumstances). A 10 minute drive from the property will get you to Old San Juan, 90 min. to Rincon (world class surfing and pristine Town), 40 min. to Fajardo (most eastbound Town, great marinas and ferry terminal to Vieques and Culebra Islands).

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was perfect size for a single traveler. Good neighborhood with good restaurants within a block or two. Access to the beach was a little longer than I expected but it was still an easy walk. 24 hr security was reassuring.

Great little efficiency with easy access to beach, stores, restaurants. Having underground parking is major perk. Appliances could use updating/not working well/old, and some addl plates, towels, silverware, glasses, sheets would be nice. Otherwise it was easy and great stay.

Just know there could be issues

I really liked the space and the location and thereis a nice pool. What you won't be told is that the elevators have issues and the power sometimes goes out. The problems with the elevators is ongoing. I spoke with other tenants there who said they've been having the same problems for a couple of years. The problem is that they stop working. The left elevator only worked one of the 8 days I was there. This meant you had an extra wait because all 26 floors had to use the one remaining elevator. The right elevator also stopped working 2 days before my departure. I had to climb up and down the stairs 17 flights a couple of times to get to and from the unit while both of them were out. There was also a power outage, lasting several hours. The elevator issue was not at all related to the power being out. The elevators were down well before the power went out. I guess I was lucky that the power went out sometime late in the night. It got pretty warm that morning when the sun came up. You can open the windows but then you're just letting in the diesel exhaust from the surrounding generators. This building has a generator but it only powers the lobby and one outlet in the common hallways....no AC for you. The sofa looks nice but if you try to relax on it the back support pillow things just fall off. So, if you can be aware and overlook these things it is pretty nice place to stay

Communication with host was not great arrived in San Juan late 11pm and code for the door would not work called host over a dozen times no response even the security guard called no response waited till 1 am no response with my kids ended up having to pay over 4k to stay somewhere else last minute two hotels and trip was ruined 😡 didn’t hear from host till next day I will give you refund not sure what happened which really is unacceptable imagine two kids medications that need to be refrigerated and no response at 11 pm never again

Very nice. I will come back to this location. I feel safe due to the fact that they have a 24 hour guards. They are nice and help full to All my guestions and concerns. Great Central Location

Everything about this location was perfect. It was one block away from the beach. The condo itself is sitting on a little strip. Lots of souvenir shops, local eating and things to do all nearby.

The apartment is a perfect jumping off point for your stay in San Juan. It is exactly as pictured - very clean, lots of light, and with a gorgeous ocean view. I spent most of my time on the patio watching sunrises and sunsets. The apartment is fully stocked with amenities, and check-in and communication could not have been easier. You're positioned in the center of Condado with restaurants, bars, and convenience stores (CVS, Walgreens) on the same block. The building has a very nice pool, and of course you're 1 block from the beach. I found the building gym to be lacking - but you're very close to a great running/biking trail that goes along the ocean to Old San Juan, as well as lots of boutique fitness studios for yoga, pilates, cycling, etc. Condado is very safe and suitable for a single traveler. The building security is always present, and Ashford Avenue is always well lit and safe to walk around alone at night. Trendy Loiza Street is a short 20 min walk to great restaurants, coffee shops, bars and boutiques. Traveling to other neighborhoods (Old San Juan, Santurce, etc.) is just a short uber ride away. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely high rise stay with views

Extremely well located unit. Corner type unit with two floor to ceiling windows with great views south and east. Balcony faces east towards OceanPark and partial views to the ocean. Lovely re-done bath and very cozy ambiance. At night the lights are beautiful . Great location with Freshmart next door and major hotels and CVS right across. Kitchen small but works. Very nice greet and meet service with Maritza. The owner was good to work with. Great getaway place for a few days or more.
