Everything was perfect. Staff, hotel,service was wonderful. Food was good but way to expensive. We door dashed alot. Balcony was awesome view. We were on the 12th floor. Lived in the infiniti pool.

We were on a family vacation for a few days over Fall Break with 2 teenagers. We checked in very late with no issues at all. Room was small but only due to the size of all of us. HAHA. Beautiful ocean view. Free mini-bar restocking except for alcohol was a big plus. We took advantage of the pools, beach access both by the hotel and the short walk to where there is a staff member to give you umbrellas, towels, etc and the gym. We utilized the beach cruiser bikes to ride to dinner one evening. Super fun, very safe, with helmets and bike lock as well. Everything was great!! There are many many restaurants within a short walking distance. Definitely recommend this location for families or couples wanting to get away (there is an adults only section).

We arrived at 4:30 and our rooms were still not ready. But what was worse is the bad attitude of the young lady that checked us in; highly unprofessional and rude. The Hotel's level of service is just not that of a true luxury resort. There was one exception, a young lady named Camila who just started working at the restaurant "Ola". They need a hundred Camilas.
