Hotel was nice and clean and close to everything.. walking distance… Wi-Fi didn’t work to watch tv but other than that it’s a great hotel.

The hotel was very clean. Some of the staff seemed put out to answer questions or offer any help. Minimal staff and assistance but very clean. Quite noisy as it is also a hostel for a part of the hotel anyway? Lots of music and loud people on the whole 3rd floor until late in the night.

El cuarto era pequeño, pero comodo para lo que fui sola. Lo que si pase fue que al llegar hacer chekin pedian tarjeta de crédito y al no tener tuve que dejar 200 dólares en efectivo y me los devolvieron al hacer chekout, algo que al uno separar no lo dice en las condiciones de reservacion. Por lo que pude notar a otro huesped le paso lo mismo tampoco sabia por que mo lo decia.

I liked the courtyard garden. I did not like that we had no hot water for a shower. The in room lighting was stark. The room was pretty quiet with comfortable beds. The check in desk was janky, just a metal desk in the entry way of the hotel.

Nice clean hotel in a convenient location for the cruise terminal. Slightly noisy area so ear plugs are handy. Rooms are spacious but no safety deposit box! Offered a complimentary breakfast

This is an inexpensive hotel, and they did not go out of their way to provide service. The front desk is nonexistant, and the attendant is not attentive to client needs. You are on your own. The facility is fine, but there is no excuse for using a remote control system for locks that simply does not work. Fix it for god's sake or do away with it. The front desk attendant is playing video games with head phones on. He does not even bother to turn on the exterior lights at night, which can be quite dangerous. And I'm not even mentioning the ongoing construction next door with the pounding starting at 8 am sharp each day. Yes, the rate is inexpensive. But sometimes you get what you pay for.

Elevator did not work and the roof top bar never happened while i was there. However, the room was very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great because there are many things in walking distance, beaches restaurants, and shopping.
