Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Check out is at 11am. Please turn off both A/Cs. Leave used towels on the bathroom floor. Please take trash bags to the trash room located in the hallway past the elevators, first door on the right.
Return the key (Tag) to the lock box: Press code 6095, turn the black knob to the right. Return the keys to the lock box. To lock, turn the square knob to the left. Please make sure it’s closed.
I would appreciate if you plan to leave the apartment before check-out time let me know. Please send me a text when you leave the property. Thank you very much
