The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was overall very clean and well maintained; we did notice, though, a musty smell in our room, mainly when the AC was on. The location is very close to the beach, and easily walkable although a golf cart shuttle is available. There is also a very convenient 24 hr supermarket right across the street. The area is high traffic so if you want a quiet area this is not it.

Firstly, in our room, the ceiling had water leaking.It was also very to difficult to shower as water kept puddling up afterwards. Most importantly those inconveniences aside, they kept saying the room deposits will be refunded and charged me bunch of $$$ fee per night which they never communicated during my checkin or checkout process. I kept asking everyday to ensure no mistakes happen or will happen; they misled me to thinking my bank will process and refund back. They kept insisting Expedia did not communicate to them I paid upfront which is unacceptable, I paid my charges upfront there shouldn’t be any surprise charges especially when we hardly even utilized anything in the room. Please correct this wrongdoing asap!

A complete hotel. Room w/refrigerator, microwave, blackout curtains, plenty of drawers, clean, just across the street from Super Max(liquor store, supermarket, breakfast and food joint etc. turn right and you are in Ashford, turn left to the rest of the Island...thanks to Isaac, William and all the beautiful people taking care of us
