The Space:

Welcome to Enchanted Sunrise, your fun and charming 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom haven in Dorado, Puerto Rico! Perfect for groups and families, this delightful retreat comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. Dive into relaxation with your private pool, or soak up the sun on the spacious outdoor terrace. Fully air-conditioned for your comfort, this enchanting home also includes a washer and dryer for your convenience. Additionally, the property is equipped with solar panels and a water cistern.



PLEASE NOTE: THE JACUZZI IN THE COMMON POOL AREA IS CURRENTLY OUT OF ORDER AND UNAVAILABLE FOR USE. THE TIMELINE FOR REPAIRS IS BEING MANAGED BY THE COMMUNITY ADMINISTRATION, AND IT WILL REMAIN CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE AND APPRECIATE YOUR UNDERSTANDING.



SECURITY CAMERAS DISCLAIMER: ENCHANTED SUNRISE HAS A SECURITY CAMERA SYSTEM ON THE EXTERIOR OF THE PROPERTY. IT CONSISTS OF FOUR SECURITY CAMERAS: TWO THAT FACE THE FRONT OF THE PROPERTY, AND TWO TOWARDS THE PATIO AND POOL.





LIVING AREAS



Step inside to discover a spacious and inviting space. The living room offers a cozy spot to unwind, featuring a flat-screen TV and a massive L-shape sofa. The dining room is adjacent to the living area and sits all eight guests. Enjoy a friendly game of pool on the property’s pool table or relax on the outdoor terrace, which includes ample seating space and a TV for your entertainment.





SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS



This property features four comfortable bedrooms:



Master Bedroom: King bed, ensuite bathroom, flat-screen TV

Second Bedroom: Queen bed, flat-screen TV

Third Bedroom: Queen bed, flat-screen TV

Fourth Bedroom: Full bed



There is a full bathroom in the hallway.



PACK AND PLAY (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY):



We can leave a complimentary Pack and Play at the property upon request. This should be requested upon booking or no later than 5 days before arrival. Pack and Plays are subject to availability.





OUTDOOR TERRACE



The outdoor terrace is a highlight of this property, offering plenty of seating for relaxation or gatherings. Take a dip in the private pool and jacuzzi, enjoy watching your favorite shows on the terrace TV, or fire up the BBQ for a delicious outdoor meal. There is also a half bathroom in the pool area for your convenience.



PLEASE NOTE: THE POOL AND JACUZZI ARE NOT HEATED.





KITCHEN



Prepare your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring modern appliances and all the essentials you need for cooking and dining. The kitchen includes a microwave, an oven, a 4-burner stove, a toaster, a coffee maker, and a full-size refrigerator.





COMMUNITY AMENITIES



Located within Dorado del Mar, a gated community, you will have access to a variety of amenities, including a tennis court, basketball court, and a kids' playground. For entertainment, there are restaurants, a bowling alley, and a casino within a short drive away.





GETTING AROUND & PARKING



Renting a car is a must when staying in Dorado. The property includes four (4) parking spaces.



You will need one to move around to nearby restaurants, shops, and beaches as well as to explore the rest of the island. Relying on Uber is not an option in this area.





LOCATION



Enchanted Sunrise is located at Dorado del Mar, a beautiful community in Dorado Puerto Rico that is well known for its gorgeous tropical grounds and beach access. Dorado del Mar is home to the Embassy Suites by Hilton. This is a safe and gated community that is great for families and anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Enchanted Sunrise is a 45-minute drive from San Juan and the Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport.



Besides enjoying the beautiful villa and all amenities on offer, there are many things to do in the surrounding areas, here are some of our favorites:



Explore the local culinary scene with everything from local Puerto Rican food to excellent Italian and Asian options.



Dorado del Mar has its own casino - The Blue Dolphin Casino! Enchanted Sunrise is ideal for those who want to enjoy the casino nightlife and then retreat to a comfortable space less than a 10 minute drive from the action.



Road trip to the Cerro Gordo or Dorado public beaches. Both of these are long sandy beaches that are well protected from swell and are a 5-minute drive from the villa.



Explore the Camuy Caves – a huge cave system about an hour's drive away that is home to the third-longest underwater river in the world.



Spend a day in Old San Juan, a 35-minute drive away and the oldest city in all of the US.



Other Things to Note:

STARTER AMENITIES



At West Indies Vacation Rentals, we strive to provide top-notch amenities, ensuring our guests feel at home during their stay.



All properties come with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 2 bath towels per guest and 1 beach/pool towel per guest.



We provide a set of disposable essentials to help you get your vacation started comfortably. These include:



- 1 set of hotel-size soap and shampoo (per bathroom)

- 3 garbage bags

- 1 roll of paper towels

- 2 rolls of toilet paper (per bathroom)

- 1 dish soap

- 1 dish sponge

- A small amount of laundry detergent



Please note that we do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is the guest’s responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock any additional items needed for the duration of the stay.



Most properties also include at least 2 beach chairs and an ice cooler. You may reach out to us 5 days before arrival for confirmation.





HOUSE RULES



RENTAL AGREEMENT: All bookings require a signed Short-Term Rental Agreement, which will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation. Guests must upload a valid photo ID (no selfies) that matches the name on the credit card used for the booking. The agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking or prior to entering the property, whichever comes first. Check-in instructions will not be provided until the agreement is completed.



NO SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged if this rule is violated.



NO PETS: While we are pet lovers, pets are not permitted at the property at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if this rule is violated, and guests may be asked to leave the property.



QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise during these hours out of respect for nearby residents/neighbors.



UTILITIES (WATER & ELECTRICITY): In the event of an interruption to water or electrical service, the host is not responsible for hotel, alternate lodging, or transportation expenses. If service is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests may cancel the reservation and request a refund for unused nights only. Nights already used are non-refundable.



MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The maximum occupancy is 8 adults/children at all times, including visitors.



OCCUPANCY ENFORCEMENT: Occupancy limits are strictly enforced. Exceeding the maximum occupancy may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation or removal from the property without refund.



TOWELS & LINENS: Towels and linens are provided for normal use only. Please do not use them for cleaning or allow them to be stained with food, grease, or other substances. Charges may apply for damaged or stained items.



TOWEL HANGING: Please do not hang towels or any other items to dry in areas visible from outside the unit. A $100 community fine may apply if this rule is violated.



SUBLETTING: Subletting or re-renting the property is not permitted.





CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMES



Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and since this is a self-check-in unit, you can arrive anytime after that.



If you’d like to check in earlier, please contact us the day before your arrival, and we’ll confirm availability. When possible, early check-in typically starts around 11:00 AM. Please note that early check-in is subject to availability and depends on our cleaning schedule.



If you need a guaranteed early check-in, you will need to book from the night prior to ensure the property is ready upon your arrival.



Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. For late check-out requests, please reach out the day before your departure, and we’ll be happy to check availability for you.





TRAVEL INSURANCE / HURRICANE SEASON



We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance, not only during the peak months of Hurricane Season (July to October) but also throughout the year to cover unexpected events such as travel delays, pandemics, or other unforeseen issues.



Travel insurance is inexpensive and can reimburse travelers for most expenses associated with canceling travel outside of the cancellation window; however, coverage will depend on the policy purchased. Make sure to review and understand the options before purchase.
