3 star at best. Great location, parking garage but the space is so tight its a nighmare especially if mutiple guest part there. Pool is terrible, no entertainment. Beach access across the street thats a plus. Small eating area in the lobby. Check out is at 10 but they dont let you check in until 4 . Would i do it again absolutely not .

The whole family had a great time. Excellent accommodations. Welcoming service and attentions. We loved the apartment space, the patio with wonderful views of Condado and the whirpool! Nice pool too. Everything is walking distance; restaurants, farmacy, hotel lobbys, casino, entertainment, and the beach. Umbrella, chairs, and towels included. We plan to come back.

The room was clean and the staff was courteous. The pool and 'warm tub' were nice along with the gym. I say warm tub as I confirmed their are no jets with the tub just very warm water. It's nice but kinda like taking a bath with strangers. My only complaints would be the cleaning service I wish they wouldve swept the floors as staying for the week we created plenty of dust. I would also say that the doors between the rooms didn't do much for sound prevention from any of our neighbors, surprised how many people assume they are at home between arguments and karaoke next door it was a little much at times, especially when it should've been quiet at night. Overall this was a great hotel though and convenient to what we wanted to do.

We really enjoyed our stay! The room felt just like our apartment back in New York, which made it extra comfortable. Staff and cleanliness were great. The only thing we noticed was a a lot of humidity in the room and the clothes felt wet most time.

This place was a great find for our 1st time to San Juan/Contado Beach, PR! My wife and I went to celebrate our 1 year wedding anniversary and really wanted a place close to the beach but also close to dining options, shopping, etc. Lots of construction was going on to the building next door (only during week days/business hours). The elevator (only 1 was operable during our stay) was super slow and a little sketchy - not going to lie. There were times I just took the stairs to the 5th floor because the elevator door would just shut but never go anywhere and I did NOT want to get stuck. Also, the beach is a block away (definitely a perk!) and they advertised you get 2 free beach loungers and an umbrella w/ your booked stay at HiBird, but we had to pay for an umbrella our first day because they apparently ran out, which I thought was a bit odd? The room itself was a King Suite and was super spacious and cute. We would have liked to have a balcony, but that was probably our only gripe about the room itself. Would for sure stay again. :)

We had a wonderful time at HiBird! If you’re looking for a clean, central and convenient spot in San Juan, this is an ideal one. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, rooms well maintained, and for the price, it was a great stay. My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our 3 nights at HiBird.

This place is superb! The rooms are simple yet chic and clean. Very clean! This place is spotless. There is a small restaurant on site that I did not try, but they had some home made desserts that were amazingly fresh and delicious. Good coffee too! But the most important thing is the staff. I felt like family. Sounds cliche but in this case that was 100% true. When you call, a person answers. No robots no AI. They keep distance but also remember your name and chat as much as you want or not. Hector was a highlight of this trip and I appreciate all the tips, recommendations and honest suggestions on things to do and eat around the area. I will definitively return here, in fact I tried to extend my stay but I couldn’t. Great place on the heart of Condado PR
