Spend your vacation relaxing in a large 4 bedroom home, full A/C and enough room for everyone to be comfortable. Well-maintained PRIVATE HOME located in Hacienda Margarita - a beautiful gated community with security. Located between Luquillo and Fajardo.
Spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean and El Yunque Rain Forest. 5 minute drive to several spectacular beaches (including several surf beaches). 65" TV, WI-FI, cable and a full size pool table. This is NOT A PARTY HOUSE! No noise/swimming after 10pm. Must be respectful of neighbors.

This 2400 sq ft home has two fabulous balconies, one covered, the other with 800 square feet of space and an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach!

Community space has Tennis (with Pickleball lines--we have a net available upon request), Basketball, Large pool for lap swimming, and playground.

In addition to private pool--Pool table, Cornhole, and games/puzzles.

This home is the perfect location to enjoy all the activities of Puerto Rico. The community is quiet and peaceful. Unusually large home lots for Puerto Rico provides privacy and peacefulness. Watch the cruise ships pass by during the evening. Enjoy all the water sports during the day and then come home to relax on the deck!

The host was amazing. They had everything you would want including extra beach towels even though we filled the place to capacity. There were plenty of dishes to serve multiple meals. Beach charis and other beach toys. Dishwasher and washer and dryer got a lot of use with our big group. Well stocked kitchen with all the starters (coffee, creamer, etc.) Safe neighborhood. Hostess was very communicative and understanding. Couldn't have been better.

This home was spectacular and Connie was the best host I’ve ever experienced. The views of the rainforest and ocean are incredible along with the yard for teen boys to run and play. The home itself had lots of areas to congregate and get privacy. As others have mentioned it was incredibly well stocked with kitchen items, toys, outdoor items and supplies like detergent and first aid kits. We also loved the location and neighborhood. I’d return in a heartbeat!

Absolutely Perfect

I cannot say enough about our stay in Luquillo at Connie’s rental. The location was close to literally everything we wanted to do and a short easy drive to the airport. The house has every amenity you could imagine from an abundance of beach towels, floaters and even a yoga mat! The bed was so comfortable, the views were incredible and the hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Definitely book this property! Can’t wait toBe back again!

Awesome house!

The house is absolutely stunning and has all the essentials and family type will need. The pool and outdoor dining area are the highlights of the home. The beds were all extremely comfortable and nice and cool with each having their own AC unit. I will definitely book here again.

Just returned from an amazing stay at Connie’s home in PR. The house is absolutely beautiful and the views breathtaking. Wonderful home with rainforest & ocean view

2024 family vacation to PuertoRico

The house was beautiful, great setup. It had everything. Plenty of space for our large group and safe neighborhood. The host had everything needed at the home. Plenty of activities on the Property and many supplies for the beach as well. Just wish they were less strict with not parties. Should allow families get togethers. Connie the host was always communicated when needed. Besides that they are a wonderful place to stay.

Great location and family home

We had a wonderful time in this home. Plenty of room for the 7 of us and the kids enjoyed the pool. Close to the beach and restaurants and the neighborhood was very nice. My sister and I enjoyed walking the hills in the neighborhood loop in the morning.

Wonderful property and host!

Connie was a terrific communicator from the very beginning and clearly invested in ensuring we had a great experience. And we sure did! The house and kitchen are better appointed than any in our experience and nothing is lacking. (Eg Vitamix, lots of beach towels, boogie boards, etc.) The home is so comfortable in every way, and the pool was such a treat. There is also a larger lap pool in the complex which was an unexpected bonus. The location was ideal for us with outstanding beaches and hikes. Would highly recommend! Thanks, Connie!

Great stay over the holidays!

The owner Connie is fantastic to communicate with and quick to respond. She provided information on activities, beaches, dining, etc. The house was very clean and spacious, the outdoor table and patio area provide a great spot to hang out by the pool. This is the most stocked kitchen of any rental I’ve stayed in, plus yard games, towels, coolers, high chair, pack and play etc. This was a great choice for our family of 5 (4 adults, 1 baby), we would absolutely stay again! We worked with chef Mari Blanca who lives in the neighborhood for some great meals she provided, highly recommended!

Wonderful Vacation

My family loved our vacation at this house. The view is spectacular and we loved the house with more than enough room and lots of places to relax. We enjoyed the pool table too.
