When we got there at check-in time, my room was not ready and they want to give me another room which I didn’t pay for and then when I did get a room it was leaking and moldy not in the best condition. Asked a questions, they didn’t know the answer and only one person was nice to me and it was the person who cleared my room. I would not pick this place again.

The property was very nice and in the middle from everything we wanted to do. Our only drive was to Luquillo beach and ziplining they was about 30mins away from hotel. Hotel staff was nice. My only con was housekeeping felt like they didnt really clean my room thoroughly and they have ants beware of leaving anything out

I booked 2weeks prior to my stay so when I got there they just gave me the keys to my room which I thought it was the room I booked with 2 Queen beds and so when I walked into the room I found out it was a 1king bed with a sofa bed. I went to talk to the manager and said that the room I had booked wasn’t available that they didn’t have anything else available by yet they couldn’t refund my money back because I had signed the paperwork with out letting me know about the situation of the rooms. They said they could switch me once they had one available because I was gonna stay there for almost a week . So they never got to me back and had to stay in that uncomfortable sofa bed.
