Hotel location on bay has a beautiful view. Service was excellent, rooms very modern, bright and clean. Restaurant had very good food and excellent service. I would definitely stay there again.

We booked a room from the airport after our airline stranded us in San Juan with a canceled flight. And when we arrived at the Hilton Garden Inn we were rudely told they actually didn't have any rooms (despite the fact that I had a confirmation number and my credit card was charged). They were completely unhelpful and said it was my problem to resolve with the third party (Hotels.com) - the manager charged away and never came back. We ended up sleeping at the airport terminal that night. Awful experience.

Rooms were very clean. The Staff were very accommodating, professional & pleasant. We ate in the restaurant. Both food and cocktails were delicious. I would definitely return for a longer stay As we only stayed one day(we were in Puerto Rico to catch a cruise ship).

Great stay before our cruise!

We had a great stay for 2 nights prior to our. Cruise! Everyone was very friendly, the rooms were very clean. The bed & pillows left a little to be desired & the loud exhaust from some of the cars at night was a little loud, but nothing to prevent us from staying here again! We enjoyed the bar for lunch & the pool area was very nice! Great stay!

The hotel was nice but was very misleading about the view and beach entrance. Hilton garden inn is the smaller hotel across from Condado Plaza which is the larger hotel with access to the beach. I stayed at Hilton inn so to get to the beach I had to cross the busy street. I thought I was getting an ocean view but rather the lake view behind the hotel. Overall it was a good stay.
