The room was very clean. You did not get new towels everyday which was a little disappointing but we are environmental conscience so every other day was good. Bed was made everyday. I want to point out how clean this place was. Very happy. It has just opened and hopefully we come back we will see some art on the walls and shelves or a dresser in the room. Highly recommend. Staff and manager were so helpful and friendly.

The good: Decent size bedroom and bathroom. Two double beds. Clean, everything worked. What could be better ? - sound proofing: Bedroom faced the mountain and so the snow ploughs woke me each morning around 5 am. A noisy family in the room below mine was easily heard. I asked them to keep quiet which they did. I was here to ski so enjoyed stay. Would return

The hotel is cold and sterile. Although staff was kind our experience was not what we expect from any hotel. Arrived early on our flight. They checked us in and stored luggage in a room off the lobby, accessible by anyone. Lobby is large undecorated room with several chairs and sofas. K Just a big white roomNo coffee, water, tv, music. Available restroom was a dirty unlabeled closet in a back hall behind a closed unmarked door. Multiple travelers in our situation. Walked about town and had lunch,returned at 1PM and sat until 4PM. We were told our room. Would be ready 3:30-4. 30 people returning from 2PM til 4. No one addressed by staff. At 4 someone walked in off the street from a taxi and was immediately given a key. Everyone then went to desk and all paperwork and keys were already set up .we were given our key and as we went to or room found ours and everyone else were given keys that didnt work. The roo. Had no window, no phone. No chair. Only place to sit is on bed. Additional fee of $38 added with an apology for not sure what. Almost $300 for a cold sterile ininviting room with no hitel amenities. Never again. Would never recommend. We asked for assistance with ordering a taxi for our cruise transport the next day. Since our boarding time was well.past check out they did store luggage again. Staff acted like it was the first time they had been asked to do this. They were helpful but very unorganized in the process. Several guests had the same complaints

Our stay wasn’t what we had hoped. However, I will be fair with my review and give proper credit where credit is due, but likewise, I will be very honest on what the lacks. Let’s start with the “pros”- Upon entry to the lobby the hotel has a wonderful aroma. The hotel doesn’t have young kids running around. The front desk staff was rather friendly and guided us to excursions. Overall, the mattresses were pretty comfortable on the queen bed. Room did appear clean. Let’s address the “cons”- You hear everything! The walls and floors are paper thin so we heard when our neighbor flushed their toilet all hours of the night, we heard the elevator door ‘dinging’ all hours of the night, we heard each person fill their ice cup in the middle of the night, we heard people up early leaving and rolling their roller bags on the hallway tile floor, and of course we heard people talking in the hallway. There is no privacy. And good luck getting sleep without being woken multiple times throughout the night from noise in the hallway, your neighbors, and the floors either above or below you. Outside of the noise issue, the shower doesn’t get hot (at least not in room 304). The pillows are like sleeping on a sheet of paper- flat. (Walk down a few blocks to Marshall’s and grab a pillow or bring yours from home). The toilet flush is obnoxiously loud in every room. The rooms have two outlets. The rooms are very basic.

Room was OK with some odd inconveniences like a bed frame positioned so that we couldn’t avoid tripping over it. We were assured they would keep our luggage safe when we arrived too early to get into our room, but it turned out to be exposed to street traffic without anyone supervising. We could have lost everything!

Good location, clean room and helpful staff. No pool or complimentary breakfast. Very minimal amenities - no tissue paper. Nothing special for the “honeymoon suite” costing about $500 per night. Our room was on the 5th floor but elevator goes up to the 4th floor. We carried our heavy luggage up/down one flight of stairs. Unlikely to return to this hotel.

The hotel is sleek and modern. Our room was clean and fresh. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. A great location to stay for cruises. It is just a 10 to 15 minute walk to the old San Juan Piers. There are also plenty of options for restaurants. It was quiet after dark. What we really likes also was how courteous the drivers are. Many would stop to let you pass and give a wave to us.

Hotel is in a great location in Old San Juan and you can walk everywhere and see the sights. It has recently been renovated The lobby and our room were clean and looked great. The check in at exactly 4 pm needs to be improved. There were 20 people waiting for our keys. So then at 4pm all the rooms were available?! You can start the process at 3:30… maybe…
