Overall excellent place ,convenient to dining and shops for other needs . Staff was great specially Keagan at front desk. Room was quiet and amazing view from 7th floor . Will definitely stay here again. Only downfall was front entrance parking for checking.

Had a shower and the bath tub did not drain. Looking at the drain it was full of hair. Clogged and backed up not nice to stand in. When I informed the front end staff she moved us into a different room. No apology no acknowledgment. Poor customer service.

Staff did not help much at night… parking was awful since is outside the hotel cross the street and no proper instructions were given. Staff dis not make the effort to help, ask what we want, how we can handle the luggage in the lobby.

Also, they charge you $15 a day to park but you have to call the hotel every time to open the gate. Very friendly helpful staff. Great stay for the night before our cruise. They happily stored our luggage. There is a beautiful roof top area, great place to relax. I do wish there was water in the room and Kleenex but otherwise everything was great!

Second time staying here. It’s a nice hotel with everything we need for the trip. The rooftop is a plus. The only problem is the noise from other rooms, but it’s hard to avoid during the busy season. Overall, we still liked our stay here.
