This hotel beat my expectations! Rooms were clean and staff was so kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet was one of the best free hotel breakfasts I've had! A bar and 24 hour market with quick food options are located near the front desk and was so convenient. Highly recommend for a trip to San Juan!

The stay at the hotel was very pleasant, and the food was good. Although one of the elevators was out of service during our stay, the hotel was clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located close to everything. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I would stay there again.

The room wasn’t clean, I was sneezing all night when I waked up in the morning I checked the room and realized it was the air conditioner, the ventilation was full of dust. The spent my vacation feeling sick cause of that. I took a video of it and showed it to the front desk but I don’t know if they cleaned it.

First of all, this is not a Hyatt kind of Hotel even though name says its hyatt. They charge you almost $20 for parking. Rooms are not so great. Showers not working properly. Same breakfast everyday. Very annoying. You have to look for receptionist when you need him/her. I had a better experience with economical hotel in puerto rica with just $60 a day (weekday) than this HYATT. Looks like now they just want to make money with their name only.
