We loved everything about the property and my kids are always asking to go back! I can’t wait to go back either. Hopefully this time we can use the pool and splash pad area (when we went there was an event and it was closed but you were still able to use the hotel at the sister property across the street).

Arrived at property after a horrendous day flying to be told that they did not have our booking. After 2.5 hrs waiting in the lobby/bar we were shuffled off to a different hotel. Whether it was the hotel or Expedia that messed up we were treated terribly. There were 9 of us traveling from Arizona and we had booked and paid 5 months previously. To be told that they had no record of our reservation was unacceptable.

Not worth the money. Got in a 6pm room was not ready and once they gave us a room there was NO SAFE in the room! We had to wait until management came and reviewed our room (that took an hour and half). Finally got a safe. Then we were able to go out. Next day breakfast was so busy and couldn’t keep up with the food. Facility was a mess. Clearly they need more staff. Room didn’t have wash cloths in room. Pool bar outside didn’t offer diet soda either. And…heads up there are other fees attached when staying in PR (like over $50 more fees). Location is perfect, near casino and Tmobile district. Great restaurants nearby (walkable). Would NOT stay again.
