The hotel cancelled my reservation then moved us to another hotel. Upon check in at the other hotel, no reservation existed. I called the original hotel who advised they re-instated our original reservation. When I asked for a confirmation for the new hotel they switched me to, they forgot to send it after asking for two days. I spent several hours chasing them down for the info only to not need it. I also had to arrange transportation to get to both hotels. It was a frustrating experience.
