The cleaning of the room is the worst, they don't provide good service; everything else is fine, the best is the shuttle service, the drivers are very pleasant and provide good service.

The staff was excellent, and the hotel itself was quite nice. The pool was great for the kids. Unfortunately, our room smelled like mildew or body odor. The hotel was fully booked. They did change our room the following day and that room was fine.

The property is clean & conveniently located in a developing area within walking distance to near by attractions (T Mobile District, Coca Cola Music Hall, San Juan Marina & local restaurants). The Staff provided 5 Star worthy Customer Service! Specifically, Adrianna provided exceptional customer service. Her friendly smile & warm greeting made my family and I feel truly welcomed & confirmed we made the right choice in hotels. She went above & beyond throughout our stay to ensure we were comfortable in our room. Zadielle is a true asset to the establishment. Our checkout process was seamless & he was so kind and patient with my family. He assisted me with obtaing additional documents for our trip & he was happy to help. Thank you so much!
