property beautiful, well kept. but the house keepers walked in on me while i was in the shower.. that was a pleasant surprise.. there wasn’t much to do at the resort, they should have fun activities or entertainment by the pool atleast . the food on the food truck was good. they put auto gratuity on every check so make sure your aware of that, as i found myself double tipping because they had been throwing away the receipt that shows the gratuity charge on it. tried to go to the spa and that was closed.. i also felt that this resort was in the middle of no where. about 20 min from the closest shops and 45 min to san juan. i wouldn’t stay here again.

Our recent stay was deeply disappointing, I rated this property two stars, as our attempts to address the issue with management were met with a dismissive and unhelpful attitude. Firstly, we specifically booked and paid for a balcony room with a garden view. Instead, we received a balcony room overlooking an inactive excavation site—complete with heavy machinery, excavators, a water truck, and landscaping equipment—accompanied by an overpowering, unbearable odor. When we ventured a little closer, the scene deteriorated further: decomposing dead rodents and other unidentified animals were visible. Despite our repeated and urgent calls to complain, nothing was remedied. When my wife took the initiative to address the matter in person at the front desk, the manager's response was disturbingly nonchalant. He casually stated that such issues can occur and briefly promised that maintenance would remove the carcasses—a solution that felt entirely inadequate for a property claiming to offer a four- to five-star experience. Because the smell of the dead rodents was seeping into our room, he suggested fumigation. However, due to our holistic lifestyle and the fact that our service dog was present in the room, we did not want to be exposed to harsh chemicals. His suggestion was not only unnecessary but also insensitive under the circumstances. We explained that the excavation work was displacing pests, including rats, continued see attached letter.

Property Showed As Having An Airport Shuttle. But when I contacted the hotel, they did not offer a free or paid shuttle and said they could connect me to a shuttle service that I needed to book 2 days in advance, but I booked and contacted them the day before traveling. An Uber from the airport was $90. They need to update their description.
