The room is spacious and comfortable with a modern design. The grounds and amenities are well maintained. The golf course is immaculate. Many restaurant options with great tasting food. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend the Hyatt Regency at Grand Reserve.

There was always something going on at the hotel when you weren’t out exploring PR. It was super family-oriented and had game nights, great music during dinner, and the pool at night was the perfect hangout spot. The place was really well maintained as well as the helpful informative staff that came around. The ride to and from the hotel was a bit long, but coming back always felt peaceful, like you were returning to a place where you could really decompress and enjoy the great views in pool or beach!

Great service especially at prime 787. The breakfast has a lot of varieties. The cart service should be more. On the first day there were a lot of cart workers. On day 3-4 not really much. The day of check out the worked help one customer then leave. Long line and 2 workers when they started off with 4 or 5 staff. Need a little entertainment at night. There’s is a lot of space where they can do some entertainment. But overall the scenery and staffs are friendly.

Amazing resort. Beautiful rooms! So manny things to enjoy. Our room faced the beach and we were able to walk right onto it from our first floor room. We rented a car and had took advantage of the valet service which was super helpful after a long day of excursions we went on. When we needed the car we would call and it would be there ready for us by the time we got to the front of the resort. The staff members were extremely friendly and accommodating. Quality of the property was amazing - clean, spacious and still got the island feel. Food was good but a bit on the pricey side - however, the drinks were affordable so it balanced out. Overall, great stay and would definitely come again.

Amazing ! Staff was super amazing! Special shout out to David manager of lobby bar he was able to get my boyfriend a cheese cake and had his staff sing happy birthday free of charged! We felt like family there.

This stay was excellent from start to finish. Prior to arrival, the resort was very responsive. Upon arrival, staff were very welcoming. The food was great, the room was great, the staff were all friendly. After checkout, we were able to store our luggage for a day of exploring prior to retrieving them. Would definitely recommend.
