Such an amazing property! I got upgraded upon arrival and it was perfect as it was a friend’s birthday weekend! We fully enjoyed our room, the views and everything the hotel had to offer. Loved the amenities through the resort fees. Everyone was so nice and really made our stay worthwhile. I would stay here again! It is perfectly located.

The room was spotless, and the staff was absolutely amazing. The only issue was there was no microwave in the room/on site to heat up leftover food. The only way you get a microwave as if you have a suite that has a full kitchenette which was inconvenient. Everything else was amazing though. Walking distance of shops and restaurants. Easy location to Uber from.
They should’ve put a microwave where the safe is and put the safe in the closet.
The room came equipped with robes which was a great touch.

As pretty as the actual hotel is, a lot of our experience was just OK. When we checked in, no one explained anything to us so we ended up checking out with a bunch of unused credits (but still charged), unsure what the bracelets were for, etc. We came for my birthday this year and they misheard the date, so brought it on the wrong day. The room itself was fine - beds comfy, but the door to outside was so difficult to use, and we were facing the ocean which was gorgeous. However, there are other bars on the beach so on the weekend and even some weekdays it was so difficult to sleep due to noise from other bars. Overall, our stay was OK. We did expect a bit more given the reviews, but we will likely not stay again.
