North you will see Escambrón beach, a short 5-10 min walk away. East you have views of the San Juan Bay and Marina, with El Yunque rainforest in the distance. Conveniently located between Old San Juan and Condado - each a walk, bike, or Uber ride away.

The apartment is an open floorplan loft with two full bathrooms. From all angles you will enjoy a 180 degree view of the ocean and San Juan Bay. The bedroom has a queen bed and a small desk with a view. The open living room area of the apartment has a comfortable seating area with a sofa, two chairs, coffee table and TV.
