Interesting

The water was off for 12 hours during my stay. I had to bathe with water bottles and brush my teeth with them. They didn’t offer a credit or remove money off the hotel for inconvenience. I was happy that I was able to do my laundry there but locating the laundry facility was very hard since it was on basement two and there’s only one elevator that goes to basement two there’s also no air conditioning or service in basement too so it’s very scary down there. Overall, the hotel was very beautiful and had a lot of space and I absolutely love the balcony but due to not having water for 12 hours, I will not be booking here again.

Great beach location. Good food in cafe and drinks at bar inside. Beach is beautiful but has bugs that bite you in the shade, so bring bug spray. Updated rooms but paid for beach view and had a partial/obstructed view. Overall beautiful location.
This was not the ocean view we were charged for but we were never in the room to care

The property was nice physically everything looked nice I love the view and beach access but the service was terrible I hated my time inside the room the balcony was the best thing but the shower wasn’t working right the tv didn’t work right the room service was terrible there is no phone a women walked in without knocking they left dirty towels in front the door the whole weekend and never brought new ones. Never got anything I asked for

The property is in poor condition and badly designed. Bags have to be dragged up two flights of stairs to the tiny check in lobby. The balcony door to our unit would not lock and the unit with the next balcony was under renovation with an open door without a handle or lock to the hallway. The sliding door to the toilet area was off its track - no privacy at all! As others have mentioned the pool is long out of service and a horrible eyesore. All in all a very bad “resort” experience.

The property itself is ok. Typical beach hotel. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are pretty outdated though. In much need of renovations and there was a lot of mold on the balcony. Beds were small and hard. The kids enjoyed so we enjoyed.
