Booked room months in advance. Website said check-in was for 4 o’clock. I got there about 9 PM upon arrival. I couldn’t check in because the person at the front was on break. I left returned back checked in to find my room hadn’t been cleaned or beds hadn’t been made no towels, washcloths or anything.

Upon arrival, I found that the room was not as expected, and advertised. The room was dingy, completely outdated, and old. The rugs were worn, the telephone did not work and could not even sit straight on the table, the iron was damaged, cable wires were visibly running outside the wall, the kitchen drawers were stained, bed skirts not ironed, and when you used the main room electrical outlet, there were sparks. That is just the beginning. The most egregious area was the bathroom. Black mold was visible on the shower head and other areas such as outlet and the blow-dryer cables and plug (which by the way was broken). The cabinet was old, dirty and stained, one of the ceiling tiles was out of place, and the mirror was stained and scratched. I have included pictures. I arrived on Monday. By Tuesday I had already noted to the front desk of some of the issues either in person or by phone (the phone only worked one way…that is…I could phone but could not hear anyone when I phoned. They phoned me back and then I could hear.) I had to do business on Tuesday, but by Wednesday I went to the front desk (after having complained to Expedia.com) and requested that they change my room. They did so immediately. I was elated when moved to another room, which met all my expectations. Except for one thing…..the remodeling happening all around me. The constant noise of drills, jackhammers, electric saws was unbearable.

The hotel is right off the beach which is great. The rooms are about but could use more cable stations and the room seems to be a bit outdated. Room service was very accommodating. Check-in was very easy.

The halls on about each floor were not cleaned up after the contractors left dirt and sheet rock dust on the hall carpets that they should have vacuumed clean. Also lots of unit door frames chiped due to guest suite cases hitting the door frames. Thats an easy fix if had a touch up painter going around doing it. Overall all was good.

This hotel is absolutely disgusting, My Room was on the 1st floor the was a mattess full of bloody residue on the hallways. The hotel inside looks like its been abandoned. The pool area is definitely closed due to mold and debris everywhere. Please don't bring your family here.

Bad Review…

We finally checked into our room close to 4 pm, no one contacted us to let us know our room was ready. Our room only had only 2 bath towels, 2 face towels and no hand towels for 3 people and only one slim bar of bath soap. The next day, we returned and our room was not cleaned, garbage was left in the bathroom, which was obvious it was not cleaned. Again, only 2 replacement bath towels provided, after we had complained the night before. The room was never cleaned throughout our 4 day stay. Apparently, you must request housekeeping service daily. It has been a big disappointment for the money we spent.

No pool

Hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and the location is optimal. Only bad thing is that their pool is closed and they don't tell you while you're booking your stay. I was sent an email a couple of days before my arrival making it difficult for me to book elsewhere. Only when you get to the hotel you'll see a sign that said that the pool is under maintenance since 2023.

Check in time begins at 4pm. We got there at 4:30pm and there was a sign on the office (return in 30 minutes). I had to wait about 15 minutes. The parking is a nightmare. You have to find guess only signs and it's all the way on the 3 floor down. Dark and solitaire. To carry the luggages was a hassle. The room was nice and comfortable.

The property was fairly clean and the staff was fairly appropriate and kind, but the pool was not working. There were no landline phones operate in the rooms. The patio door did not lock. There was no hot water. There was no electricity and when you asked about the issues. No one could give a straight answer. This property should be banned or condemned. Especially when people are paying for a vacation., it is unsafe.There were a woman there with a child that needed breathing medication.But there was no plug to plug the machine into.Except for in common area this is unacceptable.It's unsafe and this property should be closed
