Room in good condition but it’s a very hands off hotel. No staff after 4, no blankets for the bed, the AC is central to the building so no control in each room. Had we not gotten there just before 4, I don’t know that we would have known where to retrieve keys to get into building or our room. Check out at 10 is also unreasonable, make it the standard 11.

Tiny room but was clean and provided everything we needed for a layover stay. However, the hotel needs to provide earplugs. We got zero sleep because our room was right next to the entrance and the walls were paper thin. We heard every door open and close with a bang and people walking like they were right next to us, plus the staff decided to start cleaning at 7am being loud. Also, don’t expect to check out at 11am like they list. The staff knocked on our door and told us to check out at 10am, again at 10:30 and 10:50. I had emailed the hotel asking for a late checkout too and they just never bothered to respond. Would not stay here again.

Room was awesome the balcony made all the difference, room was also nicely cold and came with a fridge, they also hold your luggage in the shop next door! Very accommodating staff!

Yes. The room was clean, the staff was kind, the room effective although small, and the bed was comfortable. Apart from a toilet brush missing in the toilet and an extra blanket to cover against the cold airco, everything was alright!

We did not stay in the room. There was no hot water in the sink, not enough towels or wash cloths, shower not hot, floor and bed was dirty. We requested a refund to pay for another room. We have video if needed.

The room felt safe and private, however, it was incredibly noisy through the night being right next to the street. There was lots of loud music and vehicles until at least 2:00 AM. The other downside was that checkout was at 10:00 AM and they said that on Sundays office staff didn’t get in until later. So we didn’t have anywhere to leave our bags. We ended up not getting to explore Old San Juan before our cruise since we had to take our bags with us. The hotel was in a good location in Old San Juan but not if you don’t get to explore it due not having anywhere to put your bags.
