Had a great time. The room had fresh towels when we needed them. Room itself was clean and comfortable. We stayed in the Presidential suite. Staff was helpful and particularly Marcos gave excellent customer service. He went above and beyond to make our breakfast the way we wanted when we brought in mallarco bread made with there own fresh eggs and ham! Would definitely stay here again, since so close to everything.

The property was clean, safe, the staff was friendly and gave great recommendations that made our visit nice. There is a 24 hour supermarket right across the street. I was in a room on the 4th floor, and for some reason whenever my neighbors opened their doors, it made my door shake VIOLENTLY like someone was trying to break in. so it was hard to get back to sleep afterwards

I was worried that our late check in was going to be a problem but to the contrary, Alfonso was waiting for us, super kind and professional and welcomed us with a great smile and a glass of wine. The room was exceptional. The girls were all super nice and accommodating. Amazing coffee, oatmeal the best I ever had. This hotel is amazing.

I had a fantastic stay! From the moment I arrived, the customer service was outstanding—friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable, which made it easy to relax. Everything felt thoughtfully taken care of, and the overall experience was definitely worth the price. Clean boutique hotel with friendly helpful staff (Francisco,, Seth, Marco, ladies at breakfast) near Condado beach. Check in process was a problem as they do not have data security and PCI compliance - they not only entered my credit card manually for the $100 deposit, they xeroxed copied my credit card and ID which is not safe to have copies of my credit card on paper. No data security controls or proper handling as they took the deposit by manuualy entering it instead of credit card machine chip processing. No idea if they stored it on their computers. Otherwise, a lovely stay. Room was very small so recommend to get the larger room if staying longer.

Hard to get housekeeping. They stated that housekeeping was from 10-3 but the housekeeper would come to the rooms hours later, minutes before the end of her shift. So if the room was occupied at the time, you couldn’t get your room cleaned.

The staff was incredibly welcoming. There is a grocery store across the street. Beaches and restaurants are walkable. Gas station next door for easy refueling for rental. SJU airport 10 mins away.
