En general, fue un buen alojamiento, bonito espacio y muy bien ubicado. Olvidé el tema de las escaleras al momento de la reserva, pero no importa… En cuanto a la limpieza, está ok, pero pueden mejorar el tema de la limpieza de la humedad en la madera de la propiedad. Y también el olor y como sale la humedad del apartamento, no hay ventilación alguna ….. El staff es espectacular, muy amable, atento y decente. Pudimos dejar las maletas antes se la entrada y después de la salida en la propiedad principal, donde todo es súper lindo y cómodo. Nos gustó mucho eso. Los AC funcionaban ok, pero repito: hay que tener pendiente el tema de la humedad y mejorar un poco ese detalle.

Reservé para un apattemto de 6 personas y me dieron uno de 4 son unos ladrones me querían cobrar más me tuve que ir perdí mi dinero pretendían que los dos adultos durmieran en una sofá cama q cae un bebé de 4 años , lo único que responden en los reviews es que ellos no son los de el apartamento y que la gente estar errada jajajajaja

I really enjoyed my stay at the rental home in the perfect area of old San Juan. Plenty of shops and restaurants in walkable distance. Would highly recommend.

Nice place in a great location, close to everything and in a safe neighborhood. However, the apartment was not clean upon arrival. There was a strong smell of humidity, and we found mold on the chairs, utensils, and even the bed sheets and pillows. We had to go out and buy cleaning supplies and odor control products just to make the space usable. The apartment clearly needs better maintenance and a deep cleaning before guests arrive. We were very disappointed with the condition it was in.”

Best location in old town!!!

Amazing place! Even better than the pics! Loved it! Already planning to return soon. Great location. Walking distance to everywhere in old town…short ride to other places in the city. Very clean and comfortable. AC worked great! This is the best spot. Period.

The area was very safe. The property description stated it was next to the beach, but it's actually located in the city. The property was uncomfortably hot, with only one room adequately cooled. Additionally, there was no hot water, and the water supply was completely shut off for an entire day. We where adviced to go buy water and washed off with bottle waters.

No elevator and the stairs up to apartment 9 rooftop are a definite consideration and should be clearly spelled out on all booking platforms. They are very steep and narrow and some may not be able to navigate 128 un-air conditioned steps each time you head out of the Apartment. Being on vacation having to deal with this, especially lugging 3 40lb suitcases up and down was a serious negative and would’ve selected differently if a picture of these steps was included in the listing. Other than that it was clean, views nice and what you would expect an Apartment in Old San Juan to be. Loved the old world vibe.
