Not sure why the 10/10 reviews. Never met staff as it is a self check in and out hotel, but they were prompt and friendly in their responses, so they are a 10. The door, both the handle and the door itself were broken, it closed on the bottom but not the top and “technically” locked but a hard bump and someone would be in the room. The bathroom did look identical to the photos, but the room itself was sub-par. The blinds were dated, dingy and held together with duck tape at the top. Incredibly loud, so both nights we were woken up. One night the guests were actually loud but the second they were just coming back home and you could hear everything, super echoey. It was a place to sleep but not to really relax. Maybe the standard for San Juan but not “exceptional” as many reviews state. Decent location to walking to restaurants and grocery store.

If you don't have a car, this place is in a really good location---10-15 minute Uber from Condado, Old San Juan, Ocean Park, Isla Verde. 24 hour grocery & liquor store across the street. Lots of restaurants/bars nearby. If you're driving just dont do it. There are only a few spots to park on the street and you likely wont get one. Also bring your own hair dryer and, well I don't know what to tell you if you're headed for a special event and you need an iron. Whole property is gated with codes, so safe.

Very much appreciated the responsiveness with texting. I asked several questions, asked for a bigger coffee pot - all were taken care of promptly. Very spacious. Good location to use as home base for all the sightseeing. Grocery store and restaurants within walking distance. Full kitchen was great. Access to washer and dryer great, too. Great value for the money.

The rooms are clean but tiny and there’s a lot of noise. My son’s room had a window to the laundry room that wouldn’t close. Residents were doung laundry during the night. This is an apartment building that lets out a few tiny rooms to tourists. It is convenient to stores & restaurants but has no parking of its own. These are not suites in any sense.

Great location and space.

The location was worth the stay, it was a safe community. The towels were limited, I used the same wet towel 3 days in a row. Some of us had to share towels. The bed sheet had a blood stain and a pillowcase had a moldy looking stain. The bed frames had lots of dust on them and the balcony had not been swept for weeks.

The room was very clean and the white walls were spotless. However the following improvements should be made: 1. Hooks should be in the bathroom to hang towels or garments 2. Please have soap dish or small shelf in the shower stall to place shampoo and soap. 3. There should be a coffee maker in the room. 4. Check out time of 10 am is too early. It should be 11 AM at the earliest. The daily room rate including taxes of $150 is fairly high for the lack of certain amenities. Sincerely, Nancy White

Not the best, the ac in my room didn’t have a remote and it was super cold I had to sleep in my jacket with a blanket. After I brought this to their attention I was told they need to get a remote but in the mean time use extra blankets. Hot water didn’t work on my first night.. The communication was great with whom ever I was texting about my issues.. really great communication.
