This was such a great place to stay for two people that have never been to Puerto Rico. We ended up getting in really early and the staff was very accommodating in getting our room done early, but we were also able to get in and change into swimsuits in the pool bathroom and hang out by the pool. We were able to walk to the beach in 5 minutes, we were able to walk to a dozen restaurants in under 5 minutes and were even within walking distance of a Walgreens for the couple personal items we forgot to pack. We were a 15 minute Uber from Old San Juan that was $10-15 each way. Which made it a lot more cost effective than a rental. We will definitely stay here again if we go back to Puerto Rico.

This location was so intimate and convenient located near all the activities in San Juan. The property was clean and any issues were resolved almost immediately. We were able to leave our bags in the office after check out until it was time for us to head to the airport. Just a great experience overall.

Check in was fine. It was decorated nicely. The pools looked nice and clean and the outdoor area was nice. I requested the check-in instructions the day prior to check-in as receiving it the day of check-in while traveling is a bit inconvenient. We did not receive them early. Check in was easy. The bathroom lights flickered like a strobe light every time the water was on. The sheets had a yellow stain the size of a lunch plate on it. The room and bathroom was really small. There was a coffee station outside our room, but there was never any coffee at it.

Clean and comfortable. Walkable area. Was able to walk to church which is important to me. They respond to any questions and concerns immediately. Places to eat and grocery or liquor store near by. I definitely would highly recommend this place. The only negative is we had second floor unit. No elevator. What doesn’t kill us makes us stronger.
