Hotel was clean and room was spacious. We did have a small issue but it was handled immediately. Staff was amazing. Bartender, Kediel, at swim up bar was very polite and attentive. He definitely made our time there fun. Look forward to returning.

When I arrived. Eunice at the front desk checked me in. She noticed my birthday was the following day and wished me happy birthday. Then she let me know where I could go to enjoy Halloween festivities. She treated me like I was her long lost friend who she hadn’t seen in years. Then she walked me to my room. I can not say enough good things about my stay. So the staff were friendly, smiling, and helpful. Harvy at the ocean side bar was amazing. I stayed on the club side which allowed me to enjoy free breakfast buffet and happy hour. I will be back
