To much noisy, we can’t sleep, really bad condition inside the room and outside the hotel, but the receptionist was really nice and she was able to help us.

The hotel was very well located. My wife did not like the bed too much as it was a firm bed. I didn't have a problem with the bed myself. The air-conditioner remote was not working on one of the rooms that we were assigned to and I had to use the remote from the other room which was not a huge problem for us.

One night at Hotel San Jorge

There were a few mosquitoes in the room, making noise and getting me busy when the lights were turned off. Safe box was locked and papers from the previous guest were left over the safe. Besides this situation, the room and restroom were clean and working properly. Front desk resources are helpful, friendly and supportive.

The staff was pleasant and Welcoming. Unfortunately I couldn’t enjoy my sleep because of extremely loud music up to late hours during my stay. The tremors on the walls were unpleasant. Also the bed very hard and firmed. The sense of cleanliness was present. Was appreciated. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom was broken. Ver narrow hallways ( Mace like ) The main entrance it’s a Challenge ( dangerous ) For adult people like me with a suitcase. The person that received me on the first night at the Front desk area was quite pleasing to talked to and willing to help with my personal Emergency Situation. Thank You!
