I had an amazing 4-day stay at the Marriott San Juan Stellaris Hotel. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. Diego went above and beyond helping me extend my stay flawlessly, making the process smooth and stress-free. Mercy kept my room immaculate every day — her attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Carlos at the bar is a great bartender — friendly, professional, and consistently made excellent drinks. The valet team was always quick, efficient, and very professional, which made coming and going effortless. Overall, the entire staff was amazing and truly made this stay memorable. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

We were on the first floor so it was more of a pool view than beach view. Our water temperature was all messed up for the shower and sink. The sink was scolding hot and didn’t get cold. This was brought up to staff members but not fixed.

They can try to get rid of the RATS that hang out at the pool area , everything else was ok until my husband who is afraid of rats showed me the rats running back and forth from one side of the pool deck to the other side and that’s when all our fun ends, my husband didn’t want to be outside side on the resort anymore , I was very sad and upsetting for both of us. I really like it there but I wouldn’t go back there because of the rats and it cost us almost $1900 and we didn’t enjoy the resort 😢😢

These Resort was great! Stayed for almost a week and the workers were extremely friendly and welcoming. The view was breathtaking and the food was amazing, I will definitely return to this place again.
