Welcome to our charming studio located in the heart of Isla Verde, ideal for couples. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and modern décor. Just an 8-minute walk to the beach and close to a 24/7 supermarket, top attractions, and San Juan and Isla Verde’s best restaurants. It’s also just 5 minutes from the airport. Your perfect and romantic getaway awaits!

The studio includes:
1 Queen bed
1 full bathroom with bath towels and hot water
A comfortable living area with a smart TV, perfect for enjoying your favorite streaming apps
A full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, plates, cups, utensils, pots, and pans
Beach towels, beach chairs, and coolers available for use

Studio Location and Access:
The studio is located in the backyard of another Airbnb property. When you arrive, enter through the small gate on the right labeled 54-B. You’ll find a lockbox on this gate — we will provide the code one day before your stay. Inside the lockbox, you will find the keys: one for the gate, and two additional keys for the Airbnb door. After passing through the gate, walk down the long hallway and you’ll reach the studio. Please note that the patio is a shared common area with the front rental unit.
Communication:
For better communication and to keep everything organized, please message us through the Airbnb app. I’ll be available there for any questions or needs you may have. Thank you for your understanding, and enjoy your stay!
