My stay at the Sheraton Puerto Rico Resort & Casino was nothing less than fantastic. The spacious hotel room with an excellent view, in addition to the surrounding areas were beyond my expectations. The staff was welcoming and helpful to my every need. When the snack shop staff found out about me getting lost and missing my dinner reservations, they made a special dinner for me. Excellent customer service!

The Sheraton is indeed a flagship property in the T-Mobile District in San Juan. The staff is amazing and the hotel is beautiful. If the pool had more shade, I wouldn’t have left poolside 😎😎😎😎
