Spent a night at Somos Hotel. The suite we stayed in was very spacious. I was traveling with friends and family. It’s definitely a cute place with different activities/things that you can do (dominos, air hockey, jenga, etc.) It’s instagram pic worthy! We wanted to be in a lively area and this is just that. It is not far from restaurants, shopping and entertainment. That said- it can be loud at night / early morning but we knew that and it didn’t bother us because our purpose was to go out and have fun. It was thoughtful that they provided eye masks and ear plugs. I would stay here again if traveling with friends!

Great place!

Loved everything about this hotel. We stayed in the family suite, it was perfect! Clean, comfortable, bright, refreshing. Location is perfect, would recommend! Staff were friendly and helpful.

Upon arrival there is a door bell that allows the staff to let you in. Guest parking is on the street and definitely not convenient. Front desk is connected to the bar which I found to be too close when exchanging private information such as payment and name information. Front desk staff walked me to my room and proceeded to say the keyless code out loud in the hallway for anyone to hear. The guest across from me proceeded to complain there was no running water available. Definitely not for solo women traveler. Area is sketchy and doesn’t have an inviting vacation vibe as seen online. I emailed the property in regards to not having running water but Somos Hotel in Santurce did not reply at all. I did get a request to fill out this survey which I hope helps you to make a better choice in the area. I literally checked in and checked out losing a night that was already paid for. I hope this review helps the hotel tone more discreet and prepared with a generator for water issues in the future.

This is a great option for a small group or couple. Its in a walkable area not too far from the beach & places to go out. The staff is friendly and the cost is reasonable.

Weekend getaway

Great place to stay when traveling alone. The room was just right, only downside is the walls are kinda thin so if you get a noisey neighbor you’ll hear everything, but it was still a great location and I would stay there again
