Fabulous place! Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Dinner suggestions were perfect, just such nice people. Room was small but adequate and super clean. 2 thumbs up. The only thing that would make this better is an elevator, but we had help with our bags so it wasn't so bad. Will definitely stay here again. So close to everything and we walked to Condado Beach.

Room was smaller than I expected, very noisy room thin walls could hear the person next-door snoring all night, ghost staff after 7 PM, no refunds when I went to move out, I had paid for trip insurance $39 through Expedia now the hotel tells me they process what they have to, and I have to deal with Expedia who also has goast staff and no live personnel to speak to and I’m hanging with that refund.

This hotel is in walking distance to lots of great activities and food options. It’s in a great area and very pretty. The walls are quite thin so I’d recommend bringing ear plugs to block out outside noise!

Everything was great. Employees were the sweetest, the hotel is so beautiful and well decorated. The location is perfect. Right around the block there is a Walmart, Walgreens, IHOP, churchs chicken, Burger King (24/7) and Taco Bell. The beach is only 10 mins away. La Placita is a 5 min drive. Would definitely recommend.

Staff was friendly and helpful! The room was very clean and modern. We felt safe walking the neighborhood and there were several places to eat close by. Be aware that there is a nightclub next door and music could be heard late into the night. It didn’t bother us but may bother someone who is sensitive to noise.

My tiny Premium room missed basic amenities necessary for a minimally comfortable stay - no chair, no place to put/unpack suitcase other than on a bed, nowhere to put any of my stuff. Nightstand was occupied by a safe. Windows were covered by decorative film instead of curtains. No bathrobe and slippers listed in the description. The only two hangers located in a bathroom. The room was relatively clean, the shower was working, and one night I stayed there instead of three was quiet.

Clean rooms, decent amenities and in a good location for the price. The noise from neighbors during the night is bothersome though, the doors are very thin. I understand why they leave ear plugs for you on your night stand.

The amenities were great! Coffee and water are included and it’s not just basic coffee. The staff was extremely helpful when we had an issue and gave us an incredible tour and were very happy and friendly. It is such a cool place to stay. Very eclectic!
