Lovely studio preferably for two people . Include kitchen (microwave, refrigerator), TV (Smart TV-Roku), closet, wifi over fiber optic cable (INTERNET SPEED -Up to 100Mbps-download speed / Up to 10Mbps-upload speed). Pool and laundry (wash and drying) at the first floor.
The property is 272 square feet.
You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place.
Only 13 min in car to Old San Juan. 9 min in car from the airport.
Walking distance to Loiza street, supermarket (Super Max 24/7) , restaurants, casinos, hotels ( La Concha, Condado Plaza & The Vanderbilt),pharmacies (Farmacia Mercier Drug store 1.5 blocks away on 1511 C.Loíza),clubs, bars.
For security, the facilities of the condominium has cameras (24/7) in common areas such as the elevator.
Lock Box Check-In. No need for car.
There are 2 elevators with key access to your floor.
There is free parking available on the property. Limited parking first come first serve.
