Sunny 2-bedroom condo by the beach

Bring the whole family to this great 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with lots of room for fun. The complex has two large pools and private entrance to the beach. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and the living room has a ceiling fan. The condo also has two porches which provide a wonderful cross breeze and view. The condo is in a gated community that is conveniently located 30 miles east of San Juan and 15 miles west of El Yunque Rainforest. It is in a small town, so a rental car is a must. One bedroom consists of a queen bed. The other bedroom has a twin / full bunk bed and an additional full-size trundle bed. Both bedrooms are able to comfortably sleep 6 people. The condo also comes with a free parking space.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. A Smart television is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

Great stay

We really appreciated how easy and quick it was to communicate with the host. It was clean and felt safe. With a family of 6 we were happy to have beach toys and beach chairs. There was shampoo and conditioner and basic kitchen essentials and plenty of towels, and having a washer dryer was so helpful. The security gate people were always friendly and helpful. This was a great stay we highly recommend it. The beach is at the far end of the complex and that was a big bonus.

Check-in process was slow

I was there during a tropical storm, there was not much communication or was very delayed. Check in process was slow as guard had not received the right paper work to let us in. During the storm, no communication on when we would have power back on or options to go to a different place. It is not owners fault what happened but lack of communication was bad.
