My experience at this Hyatt Centric was underwhelming and disappointing. I’ve stayed at several Hyatt properties in Puerto Rico and have consistently had great experiences, which is why I chose this location. Given its proximity to the airport and Isla Verde—where my colleagues were staying—it seemed like an easy choice. Unfortunately, my three-night stay fell short of expectations. On one day, housekeeping left my room without any towels, requiring me to contact the front desk. Reaching them was an issue in itself, as there was no response for about ten minutes when calling from the room, forcing me to use my personal phone. On my final day, housekeeping did not service the room at all. It’s disappointing to leave negative feedback, especially as I’ve generally had positive experiences with Hyatt-owned properties. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and used to improve the guest experience at this location.

Beautiful hotel, great location close to beach and airport. Pool is peaceful with plenty of chairs. Room is spacious and well decorated. Staff was wonderful. Only downside was that there was construction noise one of the mornings that woke me and then kept me up.

We booked and arrived late in the evening. After arriving we were told we had to wait 10min while they checked on the rooms. 👀. Upon entering rooms they were nice. We feel straight to sleep and was awakened at 4am by staff power washing sweats by the pool!! Like why?? Needless, not a restful night!

Staff friendly and courteous, restaurant food excellent, they need to enforce a quiet time as neighbors partying past midnight and the walls are very thin. Plus the extra $50 a night for resort fee is a joke.
