Small but comfortable home with enjoyable pool & hot tub. The neighborhood had water supply problems during our stay but the owner was very responsive and helpful. Great restaurant within walking distance. Would gladly stay again.

The house and location was perfect for a family of 3.The stay was lovely. We have stayed in many rental properties over the years and aside from Culebra this was the quietest home/area. The beds were very comfortable, the outdoor bed/swing was great, and the pool and hot tub were perfect if we wanted to jump in (although we were usually pretty tired after a day at the beach). As some other guests pointed out, the kitchen is small but if you grill out you avoid the problem. We only ate out 3 times during the week and used the grill for cooking the rest of the time. Other guests also grumbled about parking but it is directly in front of the property and was not an issue in any way. Nilda was an excellent host answering questions in a timely manner. Great experience overall!

Winter Getaway for sun and fun

Our 4 day stay in Fajardo was wonderful as we enjoyed the rain forest in El Yunque, hiking to 3 different beaches for swimming and sun, snorkeling trip to Icacos and some great food. Close to food shopping was also a plus. The privacy of the property was just what we desired. The pool and hot tub were filled with sparkling clear water and we used one or both every day. Sometimes multiple times. Bedrooms were great! Mattresses comfortable, AC quiet and efficient. The Lighting inside and outside was creative around the property and that was an elegant touch. The little Bluetooth speaker rocked!Kitchen was small, especially the sink area but we made it work. It would have been nice to have a dish strainer so they could air dry. Never used the stove.Plenty of beach and bath towels was very much appreciated but we were kinda disappointed that the water for sinks and shower had no hot water. Made it a chilly experience to jump in a less that body temp shower. We would give this mini vacation a five star rating if we could have had a hot shower after we returned from our adventures. Perhaps an outdoor shower near the hot tub with an on demand hot water heater would work? We would love to return.

Nice house for small family. Very good location.

The house was very clean and had a very pleasant smell. It had everything needed for a small family. The host was always available to answer all our questions. The only thing I missed were small size garbage bags for the garbage cans in the bathrooms and a safer place to park my car. Beautiful patio, pool area, and bedrooms Overall very nice house.

Good House in good location

The house and the pool area were actually really nice. For 4 adults it seems a little tight, but we made it work :-) The little bathroom needs a little bit of work. The neighborhood seems a little weird at first, but it seemed safe. It was also a little noisy with a lot of dogs barking and neighbors were working on their pool. There was also a camper parked on the property... We have not seen anybody there though. Overall, a good house to stay and the food and the people on this island are wonderful... PR has my heart

Great rental for families

This was a perfect rental for our family that enjoys rental houses far more than hotels or condos in urban locations. The property is in a residential area but the screened fence provides adequate privacy. It was well furnished and conveniently located - we were a 10 minute drive from grocery stores and restaurants - we were even able to get pizza delivery to the house. The kitchen is a bit small but adequately equipped, and we really enjoyed sitting in the dining area on the porch. They have two bathrooms which is a blessing, and enough beach towels/bath towels which is great when you are going to the beach so often. What we probably enjoyed the most was the private pool and hot tub :) Nilda was highly responsive and promptly helped when we needed assistance. Check in and check out was super smooth and easy. I would highly recommend this property for families, especially with kids.

Absolutely Perfect!

We just loved this house. It was better than advertised. The location was great. Just a very short drive to the seven seas beach and marina. The local people are super friendly. The house was super clean with everything you may need. Comfy beds and a cozy living space. Outdoor patio and cute little property with a great view of the hills and village. Right up the road is great food at Sal Y Pimienta. Great communication with the property owners for anything we needed. We’ll be coming back for sure!

Very Pleasant Stay

The property was beautiful. It had almost all the amenities we wanted (only things missing were washcloths and a toaster). It took me almost two days to figure out that you needed to unlock the stove first every time before you could use it, but after that, there was no problem. It would have been nice if someone came and changed the towels and bed linens. Overall, I think my complaints are very minor and easily corrected. By the way Nilda, I'm sorry that I forgot to tip. Is there any way I can get this to you?

Perfect location!

Nilda’s place is great! Very clean and well equipped. We were so busy that we didn’t get to use the hot tub or the lovely patio space but it was perfect. 10 mins away from the dock for Biobay excursions and Cayo Icacos water taxi. 25 mins or so from Ceiba Ferry Terminal (for Vieques and Culebra day trips) and less than hour from San Juan and airport. Would definitely book again, need to get back to PR asap :)

Le quartier est tranquille. La maison était très bien pour nous 3. Mon garçon a adoré la piscine et la balançoire. Nous sommes restés 2 semaines et l’endroit est bien situé prêt de la Mariana et de la plage 7 seas.
