Terrible construction. Like living in a working zone. The staff moved us from one loud room to another loud room. They cannot have ongoing construction at every level and think it’s ok to charge $600 a night to o have guests listen to drilling, banging and jackhammering all day everyday. Insanity, and the hotel management pretended like nothing was happening.

Everything was amazing the staff the room the facilities the food at the tiki bar and the at the Palio Restaurant the breakfast buffet with lots of options, was awesome as well. Great experience looking forward to stay there in the future.

Our group was celebrating a 50th birthday. We couldn't have picked a better location. Highly recommend, central location and close to everything fun!

Place under construction, and with just 2 places to eat and NO! Microwave is tuff, if a mother needs to warm up milk for a child, is not pleasant when there is not microwave on the floor and only one restaurant willing to help you out.

This was my first time splurging and staying at a resort. It was beautiful. I booked it months prior to my stay. They called me a week before to tell me there would be construction on the casino. I didnt mind it because I didn't plan to use those facilities. However due to this construction it was difficult to get to our room instead of a straight shot. From the garage parking lot we had to literally take 3 different elevators and cross around the back of the hotel to get to our room. Kind of inconvenient. But otherwise great place, which is why I gave it 4 stars.

Service at roots on the go is exceedingly slow need more staff No full length mirror in a newly renovated room Outside areas are not well lit, especially the passage by the restaurant Palio. It makes you feel unsafe when you're walking in an area that is not lit at night. You really should add a couple of smoking areas to this large property. Smokers are people too. The staff was amazing, especially Juan in the front

Booked a girls trip- the adult only pool closed, spa closed, bars closed in certain areas as well as restaurants. However friendly staff, and very helpful. Disappointed to not have all the amenities

We like the facility, however there were under construction or working something on the upper level and we didn't get much sleep int the mornings two days in a row. Then when we got to move to a different room and there were ants once we walked in. we shouldn't leave anything out.

Clean room, staff was nice and attentive, quick response time from staff when you need something. Way too expensive dinning/food spots on the property. Food nothing to rave about. Iguanas great food but very loud but worth it. Palio food super expensive, taste was disappointing & mediocre. Property far from many other pueblos transportation very pricey if you want to visit other places in the island. Stay expensive enough, then add resort fees..
