Great walking distance to fairgrounds, lovely accommodations. Hotel sign is small so easy to miss entrance. Plenty of parking, it was nice to listen to band from balcony.

Avoid This Hotel: A Truly Unacceptable Experience Our stay at this hotel was incredibly frustrating and fell far short of expectations. We rarely leave negative reviews, but this was truly one of a kind. The owner demanded a $200 cash deposit, claiming it helped guests care for items. This forced us to find a bank, delaying our plans. Upon returning from dinner, we were locked out, finding the owner waiting for the cash – an unprofessional start. Inside, the balcony door wouldn't lock, a major security concern. When we asked for help, the owner was extremely annoyed, dismissively telling us to "push the door up." It didn't work, and he offered no assistance, leaving us feeling unsafe. Housekeeping was non-existent unless requested. We tried to call room service for cleaning, but the line didn't work. The owner, when called at the front desk, claimed he "never had issues with the phone." Our room was never cleaned. Requesting towels was another ordeal. The owner said he was "busy" and told us to come downstairs. After waiting 25 minutes for them to be delivered, we had to retrieve them ourselves. Incredibly unprofessional. Finally, the AC unit was loud and ineffective, failing to maintain temperature. This added to our discomfort. This hotel showed a shocking lack of customer service and professionalism. The owner's attitude was consistently unhelpful and rude. Choose another hotel for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

There was not a do not disturb sign to hang on the door! The housekeeping knocked on our door at 9:00 by the time I made it to the door she already opened our door. I definitely did not appreciate this and maybe they should talk to staff about privacy and waking people up so early,Check out is 11am

The property is modern and clean, it is conveniently placed in Central Paso Robles. The service however is comically poor, the manager has such a complete lack of service ability that you can't even get angry. He reminds me of Basil Fawlty in the comedy series Fawlty Towers. Who else could turn a complaint around and make him the victim due to his staff not doing their job. Maybe worth a stay just to experience it.

Friendly staff at check in and out Room was quiet and nice. Pillows were very hard (only other complaint- had to lug my heavy suitcase up 5 steps to get to the elevator and wrenched my arm)

Fabulous stay

The room was very clean and nice with up-to-date furnishings and decor. The beds were super comfortable and it was very quiet. We greatly appreciated the roomy refrigerator and the microwave. We would 100% stay here again.
