The 68 m² apartment is on the ground floor and accommodates up to 7 people—ideal for families or small groups who appreciate peace and comfort. At the apartment entrance, you will find a covered seating area, inviting you to relax whether it is sunny or rainy.



Important note:

The second, adjacent double room has its own bathroom, a walk-in closet, as well as its own entrance and exit to the shared terrace. Please note that this apartment is not suitable for children under 14 years.



The equipment includes a spacious kitchen-living room with dining and cooking utensils and a filter coffee machine—perfect for a great start to the day. A comfortable sofa, a sitting area, and separate bedrooms provide comfort and privacy. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and WC, and you also have a safe and satellite TV at your disposal.
