The three-room flat (with air conditioning) for 4/6 guests. It is located on the 1st floor (exterior stais) with a fenced garden and a barbeque. It consists of a living room with a double sofabed, a television (only italian channels available), a cooking corner (with gas stove, microwave oven, refrigerator and italian coffee maker), a bathroom (shower with curtain, washbasin, toilet, bidet), 1 bedroom with double bed, 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds, an uncovered parking place.
