The family had a great time at the complex. Rooms were great, staff were awesome, friendly and helpful. Loved the pools and eating convenience, particularly with the troublesome kid. Would definitely stay again.

I can honestly say this was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The hotel itself was immaculate, the staff were incredible and the food and activities they put on for the kids was just next level. We spent 10 days there and we did not want to leave. I literally do not have a bad word to say - 10 stars!!!

Staff were amazing and so were the shows. The room was lovely. We did have a lot of mosquitos in our room but i dont think they can do much about that. The pools were lovely. Only thing that could be better was the mini disco and kids clubs were targetted at very young children and my daughter who had just turned 8 felt it was a bit babyish for her but she is too young for the teen sessions. If there was a family disco that would be better but overall the place was fantastic and we would definitely go back.

Great family hotel, Kids will love it.

Great family hotel, kids club and the entertainment team are up there with the best. Restaurants are decent as the buffet like most can be a bit hectic ant busy times and same same, but still better than most. Kids had a fab time and the hotel is clean and modern and as per the pictures, it’s amazing in the day and it’s even more magical in the night time when it’s all lit up.

Great hotel for families! Lots to do including kids club, entertainment and live music at night. The shows were phenomenal and all the staff we encountered were fantastic. To begin with, we experienced a significant pricing discrepancy related to our children’s ages. Although we correctly inputed their ages (both over 2 years old) during the booking process, they were incorrectly classified as “babies,” resulting in unexpected charges at check-in. To make matters worse, we were asked to pay at the current daily rate rather than having the charges aligned with our original booking date. Despite trying to resolve this at the hotel, support from both customer service and hotel staff was minimal, leaving us feeling disregarded and disappointed. We had paid specifically for a sea view room for a personal reason but were given a view of a footpath instead. While we were eventually offered a new room, it wasn’t until the evening of our second day—by which point we had unpacked and our children were settled. The delayed offer did little to resolve the issue or compensate for the inconvenience. We were also disappointed to learn that while the child pricing bracket covers ages 2 to 12, the children’s activities were restricted to children aged 3 and above. This important detail is not highlighted on your website nor through booking. This has meant our children could not participate despite being charged full child’s rate. Furthermore, overall food quality and service also fell short. There were persistent flies around the buffet area, which raised hygiene concerns. This is not a five star hotel.

Another fantastic stay at the Bahía Príncipe Fantasía in Chafiras. The staff is wonderful and the facilities are always kept up to an outstanding standard (we saw NO DIFFERENCE in two years). The food has also greatly improved since our last stay (it was great then, now it’s fantastic). Our little one loved it and we did too! We will be back.

First holiday where every single member of staff was super nice. The shows were nice and so were the restaurants. Food was tasty and healthy. Metered taxi from airport to hotel EUR22 for 5 people each way.
