This spacious self-catering 2 bedroom apartment offers fantastic sea and golf views.
Layout
The 1st bedroom offers 3 single beds of which 2 singles can be made up as a double bed, with fitted wardrobes and ceiling fan.
2nd bedroom is a small bedroom which features a small double bed with bedside table.
The living and dining area is open plan with 2 sofas, a smart TV, free WIFI and ceiling fan. The dining area has table and chairs fitting up to four (4) people. The living area then leads out to the terrace area with a table and chairs to enjoy that wonderful view of the ocean and golf course.
The kitchen is a traditional kitchen separate to the lounge with an outdoor utility with washing machine.
The main bathroom features a large bath with shower over head and double sink, WC & mirror.
The 2nd bathroom features a shower, WC and wash basin.
There is a Children's park onsite, tennis court, excursion shop, beauty salon and a hairdressing salon. The Golf Clubhouse is just a 5 min walk away from the resort where you can hire golf clubs, buggy hire and lots more.
A 15 minute walk away is San Blas Commercial Centre that has supermarkets, restaurants. bars with live entertainment, hairdressers, gift shops and much more!
Also a 15 minute walk away is the seafront of San Blas which has a beautiful new wooden walkway to the local village of Los Abrigos that has many fish restaurants.
Parking is available on the resort at €5.50 per day. We recommend booking this as soon as you book your stay with us as parking is very limited!
