When I booked this room through hotels.com I expected it to be a full service hotel. It is not. It is let yourself in with a code, and no one on sight. The room was fairly bare, no coffee except self serve in the lobby, no tv, no elevator so I dragged heavy suitcases up metal steps. etc. But, the bigger problem was how incredibly loud it was when anyone else came back in. The lights all came on in the hall lighting up my room and again the staircase and metal doors are all loud. I felt like I was in a hostel for over $100 a night. Great location, but I would not recommend anything else. Thankfully I was only there one night.

Imagine Waking Up in the Middle of the Night and a Stranger is Sifting Through Your Backpack in Your Bedroom We stayed at Casa Guadiana 5 nights in the lone Terrace Apartment unit on the 3rd floor. On the last night, a robber climbed a tree in the adjacent park and gained access and to the balcony. Once there, he had access to the living areas because the living areas have no locks between the balcony. This is a major safety issue and we were fortunate to live through this experience unharmed. Of course, the traumatic experience kept everyone up after the 3am robbery attempt and we had to barricade the doors with furniture until sunrise. The terrace doors need key locks. This is a limited service lodging and there is no staff onsite to contact in case of emergency.

I was a little skeptical about having no check in desk, but the process was very smooth. The room was large, spotless and very comfortable. The location is great. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Well 1) no on site employees 2) terrible instant coffee 3) had to call manager 10 times over a twenty minute period to get code to get in 4) none secure interior doors. 5) roach dead in bedroom 6) no tv 7) maid wouldn’t wait for my wife to go to bathroom. 8) manager called Saturday and asked if we had to have our room cleaned. 9) manager called and was very upset because we complained offered nothing to make things better. 10) tried to move to another hotel but couldn’t. Please read the reviews before getting this hotel

I checked in quite late at night. The place was clean but austere. The best thing about the room was the bed and bedding. The second-best thing was waking up and discovering the lovely park abutting the back of the building. The staff were great.
