Tiene muy buena ubicación, pero está muy descuidado el hotel, la tina no servía el tapon, luce todo deteriorado, creo que necesita que se le dé una buena remodelación, la terraza muy bonita vista, pero si necesita nuevos muebles , la persona que nos entregó el cuarto muy amable.

I hurt my ankle in the room. Didn’t see the step coming out of the bathroom and staff even though I called in a doctor and staff took them to my room, never did they asked what had happened, never offer any help. When I was checkout they asked if I was ok, little late for that. I spent my stay in the room but they never seem to care to be honest. The place is nice but it could be unsafe if not careful. The hotel across the street saw me outside using only one foot and they offered their crutches to get me to the Uber stop. They were really helpful and i didn’t even stay at their hotel.

Definitely not recommended.

The cleaning lady did an excellent job with sheets and towels, after that everything else was terrible. The extreme sewer backup smell was disgusting and gag worthy, causing vomiting. The bathroom shower stall was filthy. The large outdoor patio couldn’t be used because the furniture also was filthy and the patio had not been maintained.

El personal atento, el lugar generalmente tranquilo, con privacidad y limpio. Su ubicación excelente en pleno centro y accesible. Con escaleras para llegar a las habitaciones como todo en Guanajuato para que lo consideres si tienes limitaciones.

Como todos los lugares cerca del centro en san Miguel lo mejor es que llegas caminando y son bonitos, seria bueno poner tocador o una mesa de.buen tamaño en la habitacion, hay espacio, la secadora quemada deberian retirarla, es un peligro, asi como poner un anuncio de que se esta limpiando o el piso esta mojado, mi hija se resbalo y no habia anuncio alguno, y las almohadas son terribles.
