Parking options available but be prepared to walk a block to hotel. Steep stairs, would not recommend for elderly or lots of luggage. Staff great. Undergoing some renos which is nice to see. great roof top patio over square.

Beware!

As soon as we arrived I realized that the hotel was nothing like the pictures, NOTHING! There was some work being done on it, but that was not the problem. It was so run down and then we got the keys to our rooms…that was the worst part! The rooms were sooooooo old and dingy. The bedspreads were full of stains, the carpet was old and dirty, the seating areas also were run down and full of stains. There was no way we could stay the night there! We spoke with the receptionist and advised her that these conditions were not acceptable and she offered to move us to their sister hotel just around the corner. We left and that hotel was ok. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!

This property was exactly what my parents and I needed. Walkable, accessible, and in the heart of San Miguel. You can tell the property is old but I think it gave it charm. There is no chair/desk and very few outlets. Not an issue for me, but can be for others. The room we had was in the back and it wasn’t loud, I could only hear the church bell faintly. There’s complimentary coffee in the morning and each staff member was helpful. I would book again. Thank you!

It was not what we expected

The one on the picture had a balcony, but not the one we got. The room looked like it was being remodeled and they just threw us in. The receptionist was sitting constantly right outside our room, which made it uncomfortable

Very inexpensive and last minute option in a great location in San Miguel. Unfortunately they were doing some construction, and we lost water multiple times during our stay. The staff was super friendly, but I wouldn’t say this was the most reliable option given the issues we had with a primary resource like water. Given the cost though, we weren’t entirely surprised.

Had an amazing stay I loved the view and the staff was exceptional. It does get loud in the mornings since it’s a busy area so keep that in mind. The water would stop running if you didn’t shower quick and hot water as well. It did smell a bit like drainage might be the sink since the water builds and stays in one of the corners. The room was cleaned everyday but you could still see some areas needed a bit more sweeping. Overall, great stay it’s so convenient to everything. We stayed at the master suite and I would recommend this hotel to others.

Nice small hotel. Right in front of the main plaza and the main cathedral. Great location. Minor inconvenience is that the area is not for automobiles. So you have to park far out. But they have a parking service. Somewhat pricy. Rooms are rather small but well kept. The shower seems to behave erratically and one may be left without water in the middle of the shower. Other than that all is ok!! Employees are very patient and nice.

The property convenient to the sight seeing. Needs up keep from housekeeping. The air conditioning was leaking. Someone’s toothpaste left behind the sink questionable cleaning. Everything else was great! The staff friendly and willing to help with the stairs.
