Great experience

Hotel Staff were polite and helpful it was also in walking distance to center of town. They have taxi service who were accommodating.

It's charming little hotel, with cute lobby and courtyard. It is about 10 min walk from the center of the town. Friendly personnel and clean room. However, rooms don't have AC but they give you very loud fan. We tried opening the window but the street noice was even louder, and the bathrooms had odor. Included breakfast is continental, very small and not good. You can purchase other stuff of the menu.

El hotel es pequeño. La pichancha de la regadera estaba tapada, la tuvieron que arreglar. El piso debajo de la cama estaba muy sucio. Lo bueno fue el desayuno. Pienso que es el pago de la habitación no refleja el servicio y comodidades.

Home away from home in SMA

Our stay was fabulous! All the staff are wonderful, we had a lovely breakfast daily and very reasonable. Great location to all of centro. Thank you to everyone we had a wonderful time. Hotel is very clean and very traditional in style. Perfecto !

There is no phone in the rooms the air conditioner we replaced in a non-VIP room traffic was loud you had to keep the window open to stay cool at night then you had to worry about the mosquitoes coming in the front desk gentlemen were not very helpful at all there was one young lady Lydia, who was Very helpful. She was the one that gave us all the information that we needed to do some excursions I would not stay there again, just due to the fact that there is no air conditioning, no phone. Customer service was just OK. People were friendly. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean.

This property is excellent. It is in a convenient location, the rooms are clean, and it has everything you need. The staff was very kind, and Josue from the front desk was very helpful with our transportation. It has a restaurant for breakfast, food is good and very reasonable prices. I would recommend this hotel and stay here again.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Very safe they closed the doors after 12am. And only allow you in if you are staying there. Walking distance from everything. We had a room with a balcony and it was great. I would stay here again.
