Tree house "Laugen Lodge" with Natural swimming pond

The house is integrated directly into an old walnut and gives you the feeling to live in the middle of the forest. Sustainability is our credo, in this sense, the house was built.

It is very quiet and it is a complete solid wood construction, natural without glue joints, of course, sustainably built and realized with local craftsmen. The wood used comes from a farmer from the village, the entire electrical system is built radiation-free, all furniture is made of solid wood from the carpenter and treated with natural oils.

The house has direct access to the nearby Falschauer creek, is surrounded on two sides by meadows and at night you can watch the deer grazing on the balcony. With a bit of luck you can watch the squirrels sitting in the living room as they jump around on the balcony and the tree. The house (75m²) is suitable for up to 6 people.

Directly on the doorstep you can start with the hiking boots, because from here you can access several hiking trails.
The house has a living room with panoramic windows, two balconies and a covered terrace with mountain scenery. It is equipped with a kitchenette and from the kitchen you can access the terrace and directly into the meadow. There they can enjoy the campfire in the evening.

The holiday home has two separate double bedrooms and a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. The house is built in typical solid wood construction and will put them in a holiday mood. It has a bathroom with shower on the ground floor and a private toilet and sink in the (honeymoon) room upstairs, as well as central heating. In addition, the house is equipped with a woodburning stove, where you can enjoy the burning of the fire on cold winter days while it is snowing outside.

Equipment: All furniture is made of solid wood, massive stone pine beds, quality mattresses, a solid wood kitchen with rich and high-quality dishes, bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are provided.

To avoid electrosmog, the electrical system is equipped with so-called "mains isolators" and all electrical cables are constructed with "shielded" cables. An approximately 1 acre lot with meadow and forest, barbecue, campfire, firewood, a walk to the nearby creek on their own property, children's toys, herb garden, beach chairs, and ... ... birdsong!

A 15-minute walk will take you to the village center of St. Pankraz, where you will find two grocery stores, a butcher, two restaurants / pizzerias, hairdresser, bank and post office.

From here, the Ultental extends with its many kilometers of hiking trails to the west, with its high mountain peaks and also offers the valley ideal for mountain biking!
There's a private balcony or patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a desk and a coffee/tea maker.
