We booked and paid for suite C102, which was rated gold standard and then on the day we were arriving Vacasa pulled the bait and switch on us. We were told C102 was no longer available but you would provide us with I302. What a disappointment! It was dirty and furniture was poor. We did not even like to be in the unit. Also, we are seniors and that unit was on the third floor with no options but climb the stairs. I will do what I can to make sure any people considering Vacasa to beware!

Not happy with construction going on upstairs

I don't think the condo was rented very often bathroom walls look like water damage.no hot water for the shower on new years day.cheapCooking utensils had to replace some because they broke when I tried to use them
