It’s a quite place with friendly staff everyone was nice and helpful all the front desk staff were great .I loved the pool. bartender made great drinks I didn’t get to try the food but I can guess it was good too can’t remember many staff name but shouts out to Caesar we spoke by the pool definitely a nice guy overall love the place comfy bed and pillows only real issues is a small ant problem and occasionally no hot water but u get use to it this hotel exceeded my expectations 10/10 thanks Watermark Hotel and staff 😉

Avoid at ALL costs!!!

This hotel is in cahoots with the San Pedro police to exhort tourists for money. The manager will call the police then you’ll be threatened to be arrested (over something very petty) if you dont pay the police the money. The police then give the hotel (the manager) a kick back. Happened to us and I’ve heard other stories from people that had very similar situation happened. Pictures online of the hotel are VERY deceiving. The roof top pool is an oversized bath tub. So small and useless. No one hangs out up there and it closes at 5pm. The hotel does not have but one ice machine and it is on the rooftop that closes at 5pm so….i had two very large un authorized charges on my card that I had to dispute. It claims ocean front but between the hotel and the beach is a junk yard of hotel remodeling materials you’re forced to look at. If you like being scammed this is the hotel to stay at!! If not, avoid at ALL costs!!

Perfect location, beautiful hotel!

I would definitely stay here again! It is perfectly located. Only a 5-7 min good cart ride to town, 15 min ride to secret beach. Bed was extremely comfortable and the hotel staff was very accomodating! Loved my stay!

Mostly good. Far from other amenities but that is my fault for not doing more research. First morning there I had to be somewhere at 8 am. The front desk promised me a ride there but was a half hour late and then the driver had no idea where to take me after saying she did. She ended up dropping me off a 15 minute walk from where I was to be.

Noisy & highly overpriced. You have to wear earplugs to sleep there. It’s located on the main drag so you hear construction trucks starting at 4 AM and golf carts all night. Outlet did not work so my phone did not charge. It’s hard to sleep because it’s too bright. All the doors are glass so you can see light through them from the main hallway.must have eye cover. The hot water heater doesn’t work well. It doesn’t get hot enough and then another time it will fluctuate and go from too cold to too hot. The price was astronomical for how loud and how cheap of a building this is. I would definitely find somewhere else to stay in the future.

Our Apple Watch was taken from the room! We thought we paid for Ocean View but was given another room but after speaking to manager they fixed the room problem if it was not for the missing watch I would have rated it higher. Can’t say anything about the food or drinks there because we never got a meal or drinks from Hotel!!

I had an okay stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, check-in was 3 room wasn’t ready till close to 5pm. The room was clean, but felt outdated for a 2 year hotel, especially the bathroom, which could use some renovations. The bed was comfortable. The location was convenient, close to shops and restaurants, which was a plus. No beach access which I I believed was advertised. The noise from outside could be heard in the room, which disturbed my sleep a bit. The good not exceptional. Overall, it was a decent place to stay for a short trip, but it could use some improvements to make it feel more comfortable and modern. I Would NOT consider staying here again.
