The room ( partial ocean view) was great with nice balcony, staff was very friendly, view and grounds were nice. Bus to beach and beach was good too. Food was not so good, in fact it made my companion sick one day. We didnt drink any alcohol so cant blame that. Overall we got what we paid for, since it was super inexpensive. Liked the activities and the pools on the ocean. Cleanliness in the room was just ok. Bed was comfortable. Shower was just ok. The food might need some more attention, but again, worth what we paid for it.

Staff was very rude and had no hospitality. I travel a lot and have never experienced such miserable and annoyed staff members. I will not be going back and don’t recommend. The scenery beautiful and pools beautiful but that’s about it.

This hotel is beautiful and the staff great, the fact that you can swim in the ocean is amazing and the sunset there is breathtaking. I read such a bad reviews about the food that I wasn’t even thinking about eating there but the food was good, a lot fruits and natural drinks to choose from, many good food options to please anyone. I decided to go because of the venue itself and I’m very glad I did because it’s a beautiful place a very affordable price.

ew: Overall, it was a great property clean, nice, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I did have a few hiccups along the way, and not everything went perfectly, but the team handled things professionally and made sure I was comfortable. Definitely a more relaxing type of resort.

The resort, rooms and grounds were stunning and the staff was outstanding. The food, both buffet and restaurants were good, but not great. However, the onsite sushi restaurant was fabulous, but is an additional reasonable cost.
